Stopped into this McDonald’s this morning for a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. This is usually my go to McDonald’s, as it’s the closest to my home as well as directly on my path into work.

That said, despite coming here many times, I’ve never written a review on them. I’m not typically one to write reviews in general. However, today I feel they earned one.

Ordered my food/coffee via drive thru, as usual. They asked me to pull into the first waiting spot and they’d bring my order out to me. Not a problem. Unsure if the gentleman who brought me my coffee was an employee or manager, but he apologized for the wait and handed me my iced coffee.

I inquired about my breakfast sandwich and he seemed surprised I hadn’t received that already. I’m assuming the reason they had me pull into a spot to wait was solely for the coffee order. He ran back in to grab my food and, again, apologized for the wait.

I’d also like to point out that the wait was neither abnormally long nor long in general. They are always quick about getting you your food and the food is always hot and fresh.

Anyway, I told him not to worry about it, it was not an issue at all, and thanked him. After driving off with my food and getting to work, I opened the bag to chow down on my breakfast sandwich before heading into the office. There was a surprise hash brown in there, I’m assuming as an apology for the wait. He did not have to do that, as like I said it wasn’t even a long wait. But he clearly wanted to ensure I had a good experience. And I really appreciated that!

All of that to say, I’d highly recommend this McDonald’s. The staff are considerate and genuinely want to ensure you enjoy your meal. Thank you to the employee who did this and please expect my business again.

This location sucks. When you go in at night, during drive-thru hour, I’ve seen employees scurry into the kitchen, hiding, and giggling not taking any order. Contacted the Customer Service and they’re currently resolving that issue, but those night shift employees need better training or need restructuring.

For the second time now, my order was not entirely in the bag after using the drive-through window (Wednesday 11/12, approximately 6am) By the time I got to work, it was too late to go rectify the situation. Staff here is quite careless with fulfilling orders. This is unacceptable and I would recommend you avoid this location as they do not care about their customers.

Jose was so sweet and kind today. I was with two adults with special needs. He brought out are food to us. He also held the door open, because one of the adults was in a wheelchair. He was amazing! Thank you again, Jose!

OK, so I ordered through DoorDash they forgot to put my three large fries in my bag. The stickers on my bag was not properly placed. My bag was opened when I received it there wasn’t any French fries in a bag just nuggets and my McChicken and frappe I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. He asked me what was the problem as soon as I went to identify the issue he told me they were closing and I was rushing me off the phone. I was never support this McDonald’s again and I will be putting in a refund for my money folks need to stop rushing peoples orders, especially when it’s time to close stop rushing peoples orders and messing up their orders nobody has money to waste especially on something as simple as McDonald’s I know exactly what was done because I used to work for McDonald’s and we did not tolerate this type of mess I would give yall all zeros if I could waste of a meal 40 bucks down the drain

This place is absolutely the worst McDonald spot in the entire northwest suburbs. The staff there are 100% non-English speakers, can’t understand a thing they are saying at drive through, they even throw in Spanish in hoping you would understand them. The food is also terrible, asked for iced latte with one pump of vanilla, it tasted like at least 4 pumps, asked for 1 more honey muster sauce, received none, asked for spicy McMuffin, no spice sauce, fries no salt, drinks spilling everywhere, I can go on and on…
If you can avoid this place, please do so.

Not only did they want to double charge, beyond rude behavior, assumed I speak Spanish and got offended when I said I don’t understand you. On top of all that, took 3 people to figure out my order. Do NOT go here if you want your day ruined.

Today at September 15 around 10:24 PM, we had one of the most unprofessional experiences ever at this location.

A man with a Spanish appearance, who looked like a supervisor, started yelling at us and even referred to us as homeless, trying to kick us out of the drive-thru just because we didn’t have a car. That kind of treatment is completely unacceptable.

When I began calling the police, he suddenly decided to give us our order for free which only proved that he knew how wrong his behavior was. There were two employees involved, and both showed a complete lack of respect for customers.

This was embarrassing, humiliating, and absolutely unprofessional. People deserve to know how guests are being treated here.
