Ok, so I place an order using the mobile app. As can be seen, the order goes through at 5:04. I get to the window and already I can see this is going to be bad as they ask me if my order was this or that and it wasn’t. So I was told to go park in space #2. This was at 5:09. My order was 3 McRibs, fish, 20 McNuggets, and 3 fries. As I continue to watch car after car get their food, finally at 5:22 I go inside and ask the manager where my food is. I am a little bit heated at this point. I am standing there waiting and seeing several orders go out and finally 9 minutes later the manager brings my order and tells me that they were waiting for the McRibs. So it takes 27 minutes to cook McRibs??? There was no apology given for the wait. Oh, but I guess the best way to smooth things over is to give a pie as an apology. Oh, but wait, let’s take a look at the hold time expiration on the box! Sure looks like it was 3 hours past its hold time, and tasted like it too. As far as the quality of the food, everything was made correctly but the McRibs were luke warm at best. Surprising for something that they were waiting on, you’d think they would be hot and fresh. The bottom buns were all hard around the edges. The nuggets were warm as well. The fish was fine and the fries were ok. I told the manager that the next time I come through and they ask me to move to a space to wait, I am refusing and will wait at the window until I get my food. I usually don’t complain and understand things happen, but this experience was awful.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! to bite into my food and see that it’s RAW !! Had to drive 20 minutes back! Manager apologized rings me up again and gives me a free meal added to my order rings be up at 9:33 pm and had me waiting over 15 mins for the food which was only 2 BUNDLES. THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH THIS MCDONALDS. INSTEAD OF TALKING AND PLAYING AROUND AND TALKING ABOUT BULLCRAP IN THE WINDOW AND ON THE PHONE ACTUALLY PAY ATTENTIONS TO ORDERS AND MAKE SURE ITS FRESH HOW THE CUSTOMER REQUESTED THIS IS SICKENING HAVING AN ISSUE EVERY TIME CLEARLY THE SURVEYS DONT WORK SO GOOGLE IT IS. HORRIBLE!!

Not too sure if I’m McLovin’ It.
Not too sure what kind of McTopping this paper-plastic thing is on the McBacon Double Quarter Pounder (don’t judge I was McHungry) but Deliah (not sure how to spell her name but she had red hair and a maroon shirt with a palm tree on it, cool shirt by the way!) uhm- she seemed annoyed that I McAsked and wondered if it was intentional. Not sure how it was McMissed but I didn’t see it as an option to add on or take off on the McKiosk. I do want to make a McNote that it was reMcMade! (with out the McBacon but the same girl took it to the McBack, seeming annoyed, and put bacon on it- McThanks!)
The store gets busy, things happen, everyone is only human but just thought to make yall McAware that there may be a McSurprise in your McBurger!

I had to wait 45 minutes for an order due to employees not being able to do simple tasks like read orders in order. I get my meal and the drinks are hot, I was told it was the ice machine, no dear its not its ur drink machine, ice doesn’t make drinks hot, after 45 minutes my food was cold, on top of it all my order was wrong, and they refused to correct what they did, no one but ine person spoke English, so on top of it all im out $30 due to not being able to eat the food bc there’s things on it that can’t be eaten.

Edit. How the hell is it so hard to give a person cooked food, double quarter pounder 1 patty cooked the other looks like it was chewed up and spit out on the bun. Im beyond pissed

I been thinking of writing this review for like 2 days now but I absolutely hate the attitude from the little girls that work here disgusting and no reason for it what so ever !!! Order my food and they told me to go up to the very last window to get my food this little girl with long dark hair came up pass me my food by the time I can turn around to asks for my dipping sauces because they forgot !!! She close the window and left I waited for 10mins more to see if they noticed im still there no one came I started beeping the horn and still no one comes at this point im being ignored 20mins pass the same little girl comes up I told her she forgot and then she gives them to me and holds up a whole lot of it with a attitude and a smirk on her face saying “Anything else” then closes the window on me again Next time I will be coming inside better ppl need to be hire here or train better no reason to treat customers like this at all

I hate that the past three times I’ve been here driving 15 minutes away from my house to the nearest McDonald’s (this location) and when I get home I’m missing food every single time it’s extremely frustrating and distasteful that McDonalds make sure to charge the full amount of everything even down to extra sauce but I’m always missing food. I ordered the two cheese burger meal and expect to have exactly that. Coming here in between my lunch break I don’t have time to check my food being that I’m expecting to get what I pay for. But nooooo instead I was missing a WHOLE cheese burger. And then never want to fix the problem is insane

I ordered my food on the app and marked it as here immediately to ensure my food would be ready I only live right around the corner and it still ended up waiting over 20mins to get my food and when I got home and checked it because their was like 20 people standing at the counter my burger still had mayo when I ordered it with no mayo because I’m intolerant to eggs. I tried something new but nothing crazy I only removed the mayo and tomato but I still got the mayo which is the one thing that makes it inedible. It’s always busy and the foods never hot.

If it’s not the drive thru it’s the curbside. Drive thru takes forever. I trialed curbside option and it’s worse as you will end up having to get down and go inside to then wait awhile to get service at the desk. When you get your food you can tell it’s been sitting there for awhile. Fries and hamburger is cold. Don’t offer curbside option if you do not have anyone doing the runs. (That’s my assumption of the delay or the reason it’s not getting done. ) I noticed two other cars prior to me also had to get down to get their food inside. Management apologizes and gives you the food that’s fine but this service needs to change. I have had several disappointments so this took me a few trials to make a review now. Check your orders because they tend to mess it up as well.

Ordered a double filet. Said double filet on box sticker. Get home and nope, it’s a single. Drive all the way back and tell them there’s an error here. Asked if I can keep the single as well for the inconvenience, was told they can’t do that. Employee takes it just to dump it in the trash. Makes no sense. This place is ridiculous. At least I got my double. SMH

This McDonald’s has definitely been bottom fragging for a long while now. Anytime I come in it takes a while for someone to be at the counter, sometimes there is some commotion in the kitchen guys like guys lets leave that outside, but the main problem that there is no fountain in the dining area upgrade and step up. also the food is not that good its
