I walked in to order an ice coffee because the drive through line was insane, I waited about 15 minutes for the coffee before I handing my receipt to the young lady and asking her to cancel it. No refund and no coffee and no apology, by the time I walked out the drive through line was almost empty.

We step on Thursday night around 10 pm. Order over the phone (mobile order) on the Macdonalds App, supposed to be ready with the drive thru…. that’s the purpose of the app order in advance so you can have your order..that’s what I thought. So I have to wait for my order 20 min. For 2 coffee is ridiculous. Two ladies and the managers just walking around doing i don’t know what. That’s more ridiculous. No more Macdonalds for me.

Drive thru experience is smooth and that’s it. Inside is a dumpster fire. Was given attitude because I asked for a pie that I paid for because it wasn’t in the bag then to find out my order was messsed up too.

This McDonalds compared to the one on 31st street isn’t very good. They always have me pull up and I normally wait 10-15 Minutes for my food even when they aren’t busy. It once took them 20+ minutes to ge5 me a bacon bagel meal and they gave me a steak bagel not a bacon bagel. If you can, I recommend go8ng to the one on 31st street it’s a lot more efficient, quicker, and cleaner. I don’t really recommend this location.
