On my way to church I purchased a vanilla latte. Upon tasting it when I arrived for Sunday school, I realized it was plain coffee. After church I returned to the McDonald’s with the coffee to have it replaced. What I encountered was a disrespectful, rude female manager who said “What?!” after I explained why I was there. In addition she gave me a look of disdain as if I were in the wrong for returning it. I had to take a quick moment and pray to not react to her rudeness. I politely explained I made the purchase through the app and asked if she needed to see a receipt. She said she did not. Another person remade my latte. Upon receiving the corrected order the manager nor the person who remade the latte apologized for the error. I got her attention and asked if she were the manager before writing this review. She stated she was the manager. The customer service at this location is horrible and disrespectful at best. She is setting the example for her staff to be disrespectful as well as evident with the other person plopping down the remade order and walking away. This occurred on Sunday, 3/1/2026 at approximately 1:45 pm.

They couldn’t stack a sandwich decently if there was someone showing how right in front of them.. My niece can stack blocks better than this. Might as well have given me the ingredients to put it together myself, smfh. I literally received a cheese sandwich with the patty, drowned in sauce btw, on the side stuffed in a small box.. Next time I get this much sauce, I’m scooping and chucking it at their window. They’re going to very clearly see just how much they are wasting!

This location is terrible at making frappes. This isn’t a one off thing either. I’ve gone to this location on different occasions and each time my frappe wasn’t blended properly and I can’t drink it because it’s ice. Management at this specific location needs to train their employees to stop rushing and blend beverages longer otherwise it’s a waste of money. I won’t be going here anymore.

The workers there don’t know how to speak a bit of English. Because of their lack of understanding English, they got my order completely wrong. I had ordered a sausage McMuffin and a hashbrown, and they charged me for the sausage McMuffin and a coke. I DIDN’T ORDER A COKE!!! When I went to the window to correct my order, I asked for a refund for the over charged coke. This McDonald’s employee was making me a coke when I specifically asked for a refund for a drink I didn’t even order. I had to dispute or find someone who can speak English to correct my order only to find that they changed my receipt to cover their butts! McDonald’s should hire those who knows how to speak and understand English. That’s how they lose business by perhaps hiring (illegals) people to work for them.

Weirdest experience ever – called to see what color boo buckets, they said 2, get there and would only let me buy one. Ordered a 4 peice happy meal wit a boo bucket, they made me pull up and wait 10 mins. Come out without the bucket – apparently they only put in a 4 peice and small fry as the meal. So weird. Another 10 mins later I got a boo bucket.

I order 3 cookies “fresh, made to order” and they were not fresh. Two of my three cookies came broken, If they were fresh the edges would not be hard. You can tell they were just warmed up because they were getting hard as I was eating and driving.

Usually my go to location BUT after getting treated like a criminal over trying to swap a toy from a neighboring location… the manager here gave me the run around as well as made me contact the other location & have them connect to see if it was all legit… just to swap a toy. An hour later/ toy swapped. Not worth the hassle- I’ll gladly go elsewhere.

11/24/25 5:50 pm. Weird service in drive thru that I consider rude. Guy who rang me up just swiped my card, handed it back to me and walked away without saying anything. Didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t tell me to pull forward. Girl at the next window handed me my food without saying anything. I said have a good night and she didn’t respond.

This McDonald’s is getting worse every time we go there! It’s a real shame too when people have little money, “hoping” their food is good and it’s cold, old and crappy! And, now they start charging .31 cents for an extra sauce. Tonight I asked for 2 and paid for it with order but got home and NO sauce! Staff/management doesn’t care about customers!
