Now I’ve lived in Dekalb for 3 almost 4 years and every single time I’ve went to this McDonald my order is either wrong or completely missing key components.
Today admittedly I am having a bad day, instead of cooking I decided to stop and grab something, get my order and go home. Get home and take my burger out the bag it clearly says NO ONIONS, I unwrapped my burger to find ONIONS now that sent me. So I go all the way back up there talk to a manager annd tell him I would like my entire order remade fresh because now it’s not even hot food anymore and yes he was very helpful and took care of my order. I thanked him and left! HOWEVER, I then get home just to open my NEW burger and it’s old like as if it had been sitting there since I ordered it the first time!!!!!!
My kids will hate me but I promise to never spend my hard earned money in a place that doesn’t give a damn. I’m pissed because now I have to go spend more money to get myself something else to eat.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae on the app at 2:02 a.m., drove there, waited 20 minutes, and was told at the window they don’t serve ice cream after 12 a.m. Order got canceled. Why was it confirmed on the app then? Wasted trip and time.

I waited 30 minutes in drive through for an order that never came. Then, when I went inside to let them know my order wasn’t given to me I was met with the most lackluster customer service. Some dude named David was less than accommodating, speaking Spanish talking about me and my order and how it wasn’t their fault to another employee. I asked for my money back and left. There was no apology for the mess up, just cold stares and attitude. I’ve never felt so disrespected and unwelcome. I understand bad days, but,this is too consistent to b a one off

McDonald’s is known for nuggies, burgers, good fries and Sprite that makes you ask “w h y i s i t s p I c y”. I must say, this one’s breakfast is *always* on point. I almost refuse to go anywhere else but here if I want fast food breakfast. Love y’all!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. How can you not give the Frez any sauce with his nuggets. It’s quite literally the most disrespectful thing you could do to someone especially the Frez. Their employees never do their job right and something is always missing from my order.

Everytime i come here i have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for either just my drink or my fries.
I came in today because i had a long day of studying for exams and of course i waited about 30 minutes for my food. It was a six piece happy meal.
When i asked about it they said they did not have my order. The manager on duty was sitting on her phone for about five minutes. I have worked in fast food, and i have worked at a mcdonald’s. i know this is extremely unacceptable.

I’ll admit some of them are pretty friendly around 2 am, which is the time I’m out of work if I get hungry. However, when I got my quarter pounder the meat was unevenly cooked and you can clearly see the undercooked red meat which I found disgusting. Had to throw it away after that.
