Been coming to this location for years but the last year it’s gone down hill. I always pre-order via the App and yet every time I am asked to pull ahead and wait. This even occurs when nobody is behind me or in line at the drive thru. Not sure why I use the app. One time they forgot me and I had to go in, they found my food had been sitting for 20 minutes. No apologies just handed me the food and walked away. Those working the drive thru often forget to ask for your mobile number and then you sit there as they try to figure out what to do even after you offer them the code. I know it’s fast food but step up your game McDonalds!

They focus on turn around time at the drive up and leave people standing for over 5 minutes at the counter. I pay cash and will not use the kiosk so I have to wait. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend dining in at this location. I have started noticing the same treatment at many other locations as well. Maybe McD should become a drive up only.

Acceptable food at reasonable prices. Free refills at the self service drink fountain. Plenty of outlets for charging phones and using laptops. Special chairs for babies. Clean bathrooms with baby changing tables. Play area for children is separated from the main dining hall and has it’s own bathroom. It’s got a modern feel and look.

Kids are having fun but the tables have not been wiped down in a long time. We asked them to finally wipe down the tables but they are low staffed here. So low they locked the front door.

The counter staff doesn’t know how to ring up meals, and charged me more in person for the same meal I normally get off Uber eats. Additionaly the burgers were gross and covered in clumps of greasy burnt slop off the grill.
