Service was not as you’d expect with spending your hard earned money at a restaurant. They made my order wrong and instead of apologizing they made it seem like it was an inconvenience to make what was originally ordered. The manager was sitting around have personal time with his coworkers instead of doing his job. My wife stood at the counter with NO LINE for 10min before someone came to take her order. Won’t be going back to this McDonald’s again! Do better!

I went in for breakfast. Because I was paying with cash I went to the counter. I was literally ignored for at least 5 minutes. The person who took my order was not at all friendly.
It took another 7 minutes to get my order. The food was terrible. The sausage was under cooked. The English muffin was barely warm.
When compared to other McDonald’s owners need to really look at everything.
I try to support my local businesses but I don’t think that is possible without significant improvement.

Stopped here with my at-the-time girlfriend for some drive thru breakfast one morning in early 2022. This is one of those dual lane drive thrus. After we placed our order we passed a vehicle from the other lane. The driver of that vehicle was some old lady. This old lady was furious that we passed her. She was screaming at us and threatening to call the police because we “cut her in line”. I smiled and gave her the one finger salute.

This place don’t even know what they doing I made an uber eats order waiting over 30mins people didn’t accepted the order until I called to let them know. Then lady said uber guy had taken the food called Uber and they said no one had accepted the food I called the place end up with no food and money taken away too

Everytime I order from this location there’s always an issue with my food. I get something I didn’t order. I didn’t check my bag until I got home. Imagine being hungry as hell and ordering your food on the way home from work to get home to this. I’m so disappointed and don’t even want to eat it. Picture of what I ordered on my daily double. Been coming to this location for years but the last year it’s gone down hill. I always pre-order via the App and yet every time I am asked to pull ahead and wait. This even occurs when nobody is behind me or in line at the drive thru. Not sure why I use the app. One time they forgot me and I had to go in, they found my food had been sitting for 20 minutes. No apologies just handed me the food and walked away. Those working the drive thru often forget to ask for your mobile number and then you sit there as they try to figure out what to do even after you offer them the code. I know it’s fast food but step up your game McDonalds!
***UPDATE*** went here again today, ordered on the app. Asked for mayo to be added to my QPC, they smothered it in mayo it was poring out while eating. Of course the drive thru was empty and they still asked me to pull forward and park. When I asked why they closed the window and walked away. AWFUL SERVICE, Do better McDonalds this location is failing.

Acceptable food at reasonable prices. Free refills at the self service drink fountain. Plenty of outlets for charging phones and using laptops. Special chairs for babies. Clean bathrooms with baby changing tables. Play area for children is separated from the main dining hall and has it’s own bathroom. It’s got a modern feel and look.
