Ordered curbside pickup because my dog was with me. They handed me my sundae with the top not on and caramel went everywhere! Only reason I had a towel & wipes because dog was with me. Caramel all over place my hands etc ! A huge mess!

9 times out of 10 this place is going to mess up your order. Ordered steak? They will give you sausage. Ask for honey packets? None. 2 drinks? 1 straw.

I understand holiday spirit however when there are lines outside around the building and inside you may not want to be taking pictures. The staff instead of working were taking photos by the Christmas tree. Over half the staff was out there. Again, lines were backed up and this was lunch rush on a Saturday. Holiday spirit is great if you are slow or after hours. Customers shouldn’t have to wait.

Food is very good here but service is VERY slow . I’ve seen that it made be the kitchen confusing themselves with which over to send out first, the dine ins or the drive thru?!
The employees are nice but they need to pay attention more the customers too that order inside. They literally ignore customers as you stand in front of the cashier or pick up area.
This place is usually clean since there is an employee who constantly goes out to clean every so often.

The worst ran mcdonalds i’ve ever been to. 15mins in the drivethru 2cars ahead of me. Placed a mobile order, they confirm my name so clearly they have it. I get to the window they asked me to pay. Suddenly the guy looks confused and showed him the app. Hands me the order no sauce. THROW THE WHOLE MANAGEMENT TEAM AWAY.

I’m a dasher I went there tonight my instructions said to go through the drive thru and I told them that at the speaker I wait 15 min in line get to the window I try to show them my phone to tell them my instructions say go through drive thru they tried to make me come inside I said no I already waited in line and the app says to go thru drive thru every single person in there refused I waited at the window holdin their line up for 15 minutes. I finally ended up parking my car at the window and going in because if you waste my time I waste yours. I called door dash and they called the store and asked why they weren’t following the contract. Employee lied and said she couldn’t see my phone. Door dash has now opened up a violation against them they could’ve simply given me the food. Customer was unhappy with their cold food and I told them EXACTLY what happened he said he will not be ordering from there anymore and door dash said this location will be penalized.this incident happened around 10pm on 11/15/25 see who was working and have a talk with them . Train your staff

Worst mcdonalds ever. Terribly slow drive through (dine in is even worse somehow), rude employees and 9/10 times you’ll get the simplest mistakes on your order. Save yourself the stress and go to grayslake if you can. Lowest rated mcdonalds in the area for a reason

What sort of monster puts the onions in the cheese layer? I mean if you can’t get the order correct, atleast build the burger in a way that it isn’t completely ruined. I don’t know when they changed the order of toppings but this needs to stop today!?!! ( I don’t want salmonella!)
