If I could rate with 0 stars, I would. Today, April 7th at around 9pm, I ordered 2 bacon ranch McCrispys with NO pickles. However, upon opening up the bag at home, and inspecting my sandwiches, I in fact find pickles! This is not the only time it was happened. They put pickles on my sandwiches EVERY TIME. Because of this, I have never been able to enjoy eating from this McDonalds because I am allergic to pickles. So I always end up throwing away my sandwiches or let someone else eat them. The drive thru screen and receipt both say “no pickles”. It is not that hard to to refrain from putting pickles. Just don’t. From now on, I will gladly be taking my business to Wendy’s.

Unfortunately I visited this place today and had to edit my previous response! The workers here are usually very nice and up beat however today this male took my order had an attitude due to me using one of my coupons that he didn’t know how to ring up! I asked for a manager and he said to the manager (I think her name was Julie/ Judy) can you come over here and see what this girl needs! Wow I was very pissed because I am a fully grown woman, when I went to tell the manager she was smirking I asked her what was so funny that her staff was so disrespectful! I know people are desperate for help but this is completely unacceptable! I see why they only have 3.6 reviews neeedless to say this McDonald’s will NEVER get another dime from me!

Whoever was working the night shift tonight (august 24th) I got food poisoning and was IMMEDIATELY effected within 10 minutes. I could CARE LESS about a free coupon or money back. Do BETTER! WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to I absolutely hated it there was a mosquito in my chicken and my brother received a burger and the meat was so small and he got the double. I would never go back here ever again. I recommend ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER going to this McDonald’s ever again this place needs to be checked by the health department and possibly shut down. Ordered a number 7 at 10:40pm on august 27th unfortunately i got my burgers with no meat. Twice it happened and the employee left the window unattended charged me wrong. The employee seemed to be under the influence of marijuana. Very unprofessional i would be nice and take the refund but I dont want a refund because i wont be back. Thank you!!

I really only come to this location on occasion as it is close to where I work, though I can say that I feel as if the quality of the food had improved since I had last gone. While it had been quite some time since my last visit, I was happy to see the improvement. The best part of the visit was the friendly staff. While I make it a point to try and not eat out for work as much, I will now be more likely to consider this McDonald’s if I need to order.
