Line starts before 9am opening!!!! Get there early to get in line. Very exciting how many gluten free and vegan options – which are kept in a separate case. Great coffee as well. High quality service and yummy desserts!

Love my neighborhood bake shop! I am always greeted with a smile and everyone who works here is so nice. Tons of savory options and sweet options, and I haven’t had anything I didn’t like. They have an entire case that’s devoted to gluten-free or vegan items as well! Coffee drinks menu is available too, but it’s really the pastries and breads that shine. Love that they have a walk up window for ordering when it gets warm enough outside! You won’t regret trying this place out!

Not only is this the cutest bakery, they have the goods. Best chocolate croissant I have ever had. The friendliest people in Madison, hands down! Definitely try a sandwich, goodies or coffee, you won’t be disappointed.

Bloom has the most delicious baked goods and cupcakes with more cake than frosting! They have vegan options that you’d never know were vegan. Their breads are delicious and their cakes! Order one,so yummy. They also have pretty good Cafe type food for lunch and several delicious coffee drinks.

My husband and I just experienced Bloom’s chocolate croissants and we were simply blown away. We have enjoyed chocolate croissants/ tartines in many countries, and Bloom’s are the very best. The pastry was rich, buttery and flaky, and the chocolate was divine. My daughter gifted us a box of 6 pastries, and I can not wait to try some more. I already sneaked a bite of the cream puffs, and I had to use all my willpower not to devour the rest.

Good flavors and options but need to work on ordering logistics, only one register and ordering station. While talking with customers is good, having a 2 min side conversation while there is 20 people in line is not respectful of other people’s time. Take a look at Batch, they have a well oiled machine, and I feel like they respect my time.. Heard staff talking about “we can’t work out all the efficiencies, people need to make decisions” but that’s not true, talk to a process designer they will have significant improvements and make your customers feel like you aren’t wasting their time.
