If you’ve ever wondered what breakfast at Fyre Festival would feel like in real life, look no further than this McDonald’s.
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit (remove the cheese) and what I received was… well, let’s just say aspirational at best.
What I got:
• A biscuit
• Two micro slivers of bacon that looked like they escaped from a Lunchables pack
• No egg. No cheese. Just sadness.
It was basically a bacon air sandwich held together with disappointment and regret.
So I go back up and ask for the missing egg. They hand me back the same sandwich, but now they’ve just thrown a slice of cheese on it. Oh okay — I guess “egg” autocorrects to “cheese” now?
I go back again (third time’s the charm, right?). Politely remind them I don’t want cheese — I want the egg.
They take it back…
…and hand me the exact same sandwich, this time with the cheese removed and the egg plopped in. Yes, the same sandwich. They Frankenstein’d this poor thing like it was an episode of Chopped.
At this point, this biscuit has been through more surgeries than a Real Housewife.
Needless to say, I’m not eating this. I wouldn’t serve this to my worst enemy. Not even Ja Rule…

It wasn’t very busy late in the evening and possibly short staffed but shouldn’t take 15 to get your large cup that was ordered and paid through the app. You could see the cup dispenser just on the other side of the register. Others were waiting to take their order.
The Diet Coke had a funny taste and a joy watered down.
At least the restroom was reasonably clean since placed order and was able to use it while waiting.

Terrible service, drive thru is 15 min+ even you use the app. Tech its only 1 line though the have “2 lines” the literally take 1 order at a time. 1st 1 speaker then the other , they go back and forth.. Prices went up and service is and food is fake… just driving up to the window if you placed a mobile order. How is it that starbucks has your drink/food ready when you get there , when its a mobile order and y’all can’t have 1 order of fries ready… DO BETTER!!

Ordered my food at the self kiosk at 2:37pm was a dine in waited 10min no one came to the table where I placed my number. So I walk up to the counter and see everyones order except mine it’s 2:47pm and I kindly let the gentleman in his grey polo know. So he confirms the order screen doesn’t see my order than walks back for the receipt and apologizes it’s 2:55pm I missed two buses already. Than asked me if I still wanted it for here I said no not anymore. It’s 3:05pm left my food in the bag and upon arriving home at 3:40pm. I take a bite and it’s over cooked and dried out. I waited 30min for poor quality. Don’t order here rush hour for them is a total mess.

Food came out fast and hot but no salt on the fries, and there was a guy in there hitting on my younger cousins even after we told him to leave us alone. The cashier didn’t seem to know what planet he was on. The men’s bathroom is under construction and they made a “unisex bathroom” that you need to “lock the door” for but there’s no lock. Nasty

They were really helpful and knowledgeable when it came to allergies.
Great job, it means a lot to a parent with kids that have food allergies. Thanks again for the amazing service and will definitely be stopping by again when we are out this way!

Pull up to drive through with signage typed out saying closing at 9:30. Gentleman takes the order to the person in the left drive-thru comes to me and says sorry we will be closing early thank you for the understanding. I say your signage says 9:30. Not even asking what my order is and they are already five cars deep says sorry my manager just wants the place closed and inhabited.
Just placed a drive-through order and I go through the drive-through give the code and the wait time is so long that I pull off end of the parking spot and walk in and it’s like they couldn’t find my order so I obviously gave it to somebody else

Very quick service, I was really happy. They got really confused when I tried to use a coupon from the app. It took 6 people to resolve the issue, but it all ended up working out and saved myself $5. The food is all correct and as yummy as any other McDonald’s that I have been too.
