We placed an order and all of our sauces were missing, AGAIN. We call the store to see what can be done because we spent nearly 40 dollars and most of the food was to be eaten with those sauces, we paid for 7 so it ruins the meal. We call the store I have phone records and video recording of the incident on my home security cameras of your employee “manager” “Josie” answering the phone in the most sarcastic rude voice and saying she doesn’t have to help, she doesn’t have to give her bosses name, and she doesn’t have to give corporates phone number because she thought her husband was calling that’s why she was a smart rude person on the phone. This is ridiculous. She didn’t even find out what was wrong. I don’t know if she was intoxicated or just a terrible person, but this is not the type of interaction any person should have. When we tried to call back we were greeted by loud fax machine noises and then a full voicemail. What a rude trashy manager.

Don’t come to this McDonald’s. Ordered 2 McDoubles no pickle. Extra onion. A medium fry and a large coke. Fry’s are cold and soggy. Sandwiches looked like they were thrown in the bag. No labeled. And no straw in the bag. This job isn’t that hard. I worked in fast food for 10 years and never made this many mistakes on an order with 4 items. The comprehension skills of the staff. Are of that of an avocado.

I ordered in the app for curbside pickup, but it still took half an hour after I got there to get my food. I went in and checked on it twice. The nice lady who brought out my food had to make 3 trips because whomever was giving it to her to bring out kept giving her incomplete things. Everyone was nice, but apparently they were incredibly understaffed. I had 3 meals only, not tons and tons of stuff.

This restaurant has some of the worse employees in town. They are young and have no concept of work ethic, customer service, and no enthusiasm. They have bad attitudes. They wear ear pods to listen to music while they are working! They can’t hear the customers. They don’t interact with customers.
