I were at Mcdonalds and I enjoyed being able to sit by myself and try something on the menu . I ordered the daily double cheeseburger and a diet Coke . I were there at night so it were not so many people there but nonetheless I were glad I went. I learned how close McDonald’s is to Walmart going home .

I just ordered a sausage egg McMuffin today, and what i got was egg muffin. I went back, and tell that was my order was incorrect. I ordered a SAUSAGE EGG MCMUFFIN. The Lady staff who took my order was getting angry and yelling in front of me, and instead of saying sorry for getting my order wrong, what she did was cussed me out in Spanish Language, as if I don’t understand. I am very disappointed with the service and atmosphere that they portray in this situation. Honestly, if i can give it a 0 stars, i will. I UNDERSTAND that it might be busy, or she misheard my order. However, it is not necessary to get angry and yell. It is very inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I got my correct order which was the sausage McMuffin, the food that they had given me was not okay. The egg smells bad- it looks blackish, and not even cooked properly, so it is not even eatable.

I don’t recommend this McDonald’s. You can choose any other one just not this one. there food is really Dry to be McDonald’s. It took 15 to 20 minutes just for me to get my food. The food again dry (The food tasted like they had the burger patties over night). So again choose a different McDonald’s don’t go here their food to dry they take too long for you to get your food. Most McDonald’s have it like you come ask for what you want you pay and it’s ready. So again please choose a different McDonald’s

Went through drive through for one item only. Small Mocha Frappe, but it was not properly blended and just full of ice overall. Had 3 drinks of it and it was done, only a pile of ice remained. Waited for a long while through drive through, all for 3 drinks and a cup full of ice, very disappointing.

Ordered a few sauces and the rude classless woman said she could only give us one, on the kiosk the sauces say they’re free and there’s no limit to how many you can get. The problem is not paying for them but they need to change it and not lie to people

Stopped there this morning Feb 7 2024 at about 6:30 am not only was the line long because there was only one window operating I received the most horrible experience because the worker obviously didn’t want to work or couldn’t deal with my kind it was all over the McDonalds app when I stated I wouldn’t be returning to this location the worker told me that’s good…only giving a start to comment!

I have been to this McDonalds location several times and I have never been disappointed the the service. The food is standard McD’s and has always been served warm and fresh during my visits (unlike the terrible Rolling Meadows location off Kirchoff Rd). And, the employees are nice and helpful (again, unlike that other location). I used their mobile app and I got a free happy meal for the kids and they somehow knew who I was: “is this Brian?”… yes…yes it is.
In conclusion, 5stars from me for this McD’s.
