Service was fast and friendly. Chicken slider bun was cold but chicken good. French fries hot. Hot dog and burger was good but bacon a little burnt.

A&W is okay fast food joint on the side of the BP gas station with opposite hours of operation. The only thing I personally don’t like about A&W food is the way they cook Chilli dogs are precooked and they warm up in the Microwave and it toughen up the dog. Milk shakes are pretty good.

We stopped in at this restaurant on our way thru zanesville, we were impressed with food being so good! We were heading to see our daughter in hospital in Columbus. ON way back thru We thought we would stop and get a few cod sliders for ride home! My husband went in and he waited with no one at counter, while listening to someone talk about their personal life on the phone. He finally said you all still open, a voice from office area states ,yeah I be with you in a couple, while he continues to talk! NO THATS NOT HOW ITS DONE!… The visit earlier in the day was pleasant food excellent! GUY DO BETTER! THIS WAS 10-15-25 …7:35 7:55PM

I had to give this restaurant three stars due to the fact it took me over 10 minutes to get my so-called “fast food”. The restaurant itself was fairly clean and the food was definitely on the better side of fast food for this area. True to nature in this area the staff lacked common courtesy and they were extremely slow. I would probably eat here again because the fish sandwiches were actually good.

Not a clean location. The service is always terrible. They should not advertise as fast food. You can be the one person there, while ordering a single combo, and still wait 15 minutes. It’s even cold after the wait. I would find a different stop along the trip if I were you.

I stopped here on a Friday afternoon. The service was incredible. The food was average. It was disappointing that they didn’t have tap to pay, but they said they should by the end of the month.

Papa Burger was good. Root beer was good. The cheese curds that came with the meal must have been heated in the microwave and were just about one big lump instead of individual curds.

Dinner’s be very careful, on October 6th 2025 I was going thru drive-thru seeing directly in the kitchen area watching stuff members, the employee that was filling drinks wasn’t using the ice scoop or where gloves as he filled cup with ice, then he could sniff the cup of ice before filling with soda pop, I asked what he was doing he stated ” he was checking to see if it smells good ” This is so nasty the location shouldn’t be in business I brought this up yo there DM after she returned my call and she stated she would look in to it and get back with me by the end of the week I contacted Par Mar corporate office and then I got somewhere so customers be careful and watch your food being made

From the service to the staff and their kindness the crispiness of the chicken and waffles unbelievable especially from a fast food restaurant I can’t praise them enough go try them and their pumpkin milkshake is amazing
