Horrible service. All crew members were standing around complaining about doing the job they are getting paid to do. We ordered breakfast on a kiosk, got our order number and they said they weren’t doing breakfast. Then argued with each other about cooking any more food. Horrible work ethic with the employees at this location. I really hope corporate makes some changes and soon. Those managers need to be retrained or let go.

They person at counter was not friendly. Shook head to answer or one word answers. Ice cream machine NEVER works. Grandson never got the promotional shake. Wait is always 20 min for food. I tried for 2 weeks for shake. Thankfully he was happy with the competition shakes.

This place needs to either shut down or figure out their stuff. Horrible experience. If there was a negative star rating I would have chosen that. Corporate seriously needs to do an overhaul on management and or staff. whatever it is that is part of the refining process of bettering the efficiency of a fast food place in the last year I don’t think I have ever been there and not had horrible service.

Just waited 30 minutes for just a mcflurry, already having a bad day, working 10 hours, I had a short break before my next job and just wanted a treat to feel better. I left because I couldn’t get anyone’s attention, so no ice cream, lost $4 for no reason, and late to my next job.

I ordered a happy meal with a 6 piece chicken nugget for my daughter, and she opened the nugget box when we got home to find this… a box full of used Pickles and onions someone pulled off a different sandwich. It must have been an accident, but was still a little disturbing, and my daughter didn’t get any nuggets.
