As I sit down to write this review, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at the McDonald’s establishment in question. The exorbitant prices I encountered during my visit left me with a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.

This is just a place to eat fast food. Don’t expect things to be delicious. They have self-help orders or online orders. They can take out or eat in the hall, but the place for eating in the hall is very small. The staff is very busy, so we have to pick up our food twice. But it is still very convenient.

Great service, nice to have something consistent when traveling. One item for improvement, the mobile pick-up parking spots are in a location where either disrupt the drive through drivers, or they block you in – it would be better if these spots were moved to a part of the parking lot where this wouldn’t happen. But the service was great!

I got the hot and spicy and around 1-2 hours I got food poisoning and threw up several times within a short period of time, it’s absolutely horrible and I do not recommend. The service was all right but I will NEVER eat there again. And I recommend finding somewhere else to eat. Plus the food is way overpriced compared to other McDonald’s.

We were surprised at how crowded it was and how little seating there was at this McDonald’s. Especially with it being right outside one of the most popular National Parks. People were waiting to steal you seat and breathing down your neck while you were eating just waiting for you to get up. It was so uncomfortable.

It’s been a while since I’ve been at a McD. Don’t know how long this “policy” has been in place. Asked for a cup for water, and they said that they charge 30 cents for it!!? Ridiculous!! The only reason I asked for it is because I had the Deluxe Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich.

This place is pretty awful. The employees have no idea how to use their company app. The older woman who was either the manager or shift lead is extremely rude. I would not recommend this place. We are just a couple of backpackers trying to get a meal and coming here was a mistake. You should definitely choose a local place over this location.
