One of the slowest “fast food” restaurants in existence. There may be restaurants that are currently closed and are somehow faster, still. Sub par quality as well. Very hit or miss. Seems to be an obvious lack of management. Also, is there some requirement that if you order a cheeseburger without pickles or onion, they use half a gallon of ketchup on it? My last one was so bad, it smelled like canned tomato soup.

Even if you order online to “skip the line” as they say…you STILL have to wait for the drive thru to clear before you even GET your food that you ordered. Subpar quality, ABYSMAL “customer service”, and wait times so long, you are better off cooking at home. This place just needs to close down like Popeyes did because this place SUCKS!

Employees are trained to pinch the box to not “overfill” the fries, however it appears that every time I received fries from them, they were never the amount I am charged for. These fries were not picked through and were weighed immediately once home. The large fry is supposed to be 150 grams (5.3 ounces) however this large box of very obviously less than 150 grams is only 110 grams (3.9 ounces) still not even a medium. What the point of selling a large if you’re going to screw your customers over and give them less that what they’ve paid for? Maybe go back to training employees by using the fry scale that is available for training purposes and not ways to rip-off your customers 🙂

The amount of times I’ve gotten my order messed up. The wait times are insane most days that I’ve gone there. I will say that majority of the workers are some of the friendliest people I’ve talked too at a fast food place. But back of house especially needs to work on paying attention to their tickets that say not to add something to an item because I’m allergic and it ends up being a waste getting anything from there.

Ordered from the kiosk, and the food was sent to my table. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was the best among all other McDonald locations I’ve visited and it also looks so tasty. The staffs were friendly and clean the space when they were available.

We ordered delivery and when we received it our bag was not sealed, our bags were soaked in soda and tea, our straws were soaked and we couldn’t even use them, our fries were only halfway full and soaked in soda and tea, and our chicken nuggets looked old and were dry and not fresh. We spent $25 on this order for delivery and only got refunded $12.75 and our deliverer was on a bike and tried downplaying what had happened to our order.

Terrible service at McDonald’s in Billings, Montana. Went in for breakfast and coffee, asked for a simple refill after finishing, and the staff flat-out refused unless I paid for another cup. Who charges for coffee refills these days? Felt nickel-and-dimed, totally ruined my morning. Avoid this location if you value basic courtesy.

This is what you’re getting for light ice in your large macchiato. I guess a small one with no ice would have bigger amount of coffee than this. Just realize how they sell you a water for the price of latte and I paid for that $6
