I believe Bojangles is a great establishment. Unfortunately this location does not apply to that statement. Probably the worst Bojangles in America. The service is always extremely slow and the wait times are long. I usually do not mind this when the food is good but today the food was not acceptable. I am not a picky eater but I had to send my food back it looked and tasted inedible. Hopefully this location will improve because I enjoy Bojangles

By the time we got home for the night and had already spent our money, I had to go without dinner because of this in my grilled chicken sandwich. Thank god there was cheese on it when there wasn’t supposed to be and the mayo tasted bad, so I opened it up after taking a bite, or I would’ve swallowed this. Absolutely ridiculous

Went through drive thru this morning. A young man took our order of two steak biscuits on dark brown biscuits. On one biscuit we requested cheese and the other one tomato. We also ordered 2 large Dr peppers. We got to the window and paid for our order. We waited in line for quite a while at the window. They hadn’t charged us for one Dr pepper. The steak biscuits were 2 for $5. We questioned about the charge of $11.93 for the order with the biscuits being on sale. We were rudely told that price was only valid if we didn’t add anything extra to them. Does the jumbo sign in the window say that? No it doesn’t. We sat there for so long that the guy came back to the window and told us our order was $7+ change. I told him we had already paid for our order. The order wasn’t right. Had to send it back. The guy was getting more and more rude. By the time we got our food, the steak and cheese had the funniest looking piece of cheese ever seen on it. It looked quite a bit like an overcooked egg. We gave up and left.

Everyone here acts like they dont know what’s going on. I ask if they have a $10 tender box in the drive thru and they tell me they only have the 12 piece family meal and dont know what im talking about. So when I come inside I find what I need and order it and when I tell the manager about the drive thru she doesnt say anything and just walks away.

Since COVID the biscuits just not the same. If you can serve breakfast all-day, why not a breast sandwich?? Breast, cheese, tomatoes, BACON, mayo. It’s all right there. Just put it together. Everything already to go.

I waited In The drive through line for 20 minutes!! Just waiting on two biscuits!!! We went inside to get a refund because I no longer wanted to spend my money here. Just for them to tell me THE MANAGER CANT DO REFUNDS!!! This encounter made me sick and wasted my time.

First, they switched to AI to take orders and it was slow and not a pleasant experience. Then the server was very quiet and I had to ask what they were saying multiple times until someone else came and helped. And then they forgot my straw and sauce and I had to wait on my lunch break for them to come back to the window l.

So disappointed today went through the drive thru. This is what I received chicken strips about the size of the honey packet packet and one looks like it was bitten off of already. I have praised bojangles but anymore I question my praise. After today it may be a long time if ever before I even bother to go back.

This episode of Dr Phil is terrible and deeply upsetting. Just awful. And the poor chickens. How they must suffer. Still, is the best fried chicken in town. Also, the staff is courteous and conscientious and often give you a soft drink for the iced tea price. I like it when people are good at their jobs so I’m not even being that silly in this review.
The American public elected Donald Trump to be President. There’s no hope and no humor left. Why not have some fried misery from a friendly staff, ya know?
