If I could give no stars, I would. Apparently customer service is two separate employees making eye contact but not coming to the cash register to take my order. I hate using the automated machine and I wanted to pay with cash. Even ringing the DoorDash bell and calling for the guy ten feet away from me wasn’t enough. Completely ignored me. Extremely rude employees. I left and won’t be back. Horrible customer service. Go to Taco John’s up the road. The employees there are pleasant and service is quick.

A little shocked at how undercooked the quarter pounder was. I bit into it, then cut it in half and I don’t think it was cooked for more than 30 seconds. Leaving a review for documentation purposes. Will update if I get sick.

Took 20 minutes to get a large black tea and a med coffee the couple in front of us wait 25 min for 2 large black coffee’s. 4 other people came and left due to not being served all well countless cars got served and on there way.
Tried this location again today and the same bad service with a lady running the drive threw not understanding English and could barely speak English making the drive thru experience ending the same way. I would avoid this location at all costs

We ordered 2 separate orders and both were missing food. They also did not provide a happy meal box and toy for the kid, just threw it in the bag. Forgot fries, a cheeseburger and all the fries on the 2nd order. Terrible terrible service.

We stopped for breakfast driving through and it was awful! And I never leave bad reviews! The Diet Coke machine didn’t work, my husband‘s regular coffee tasted flavored, they gave me my pancakes in a burger box so I thought I got the wrong order and had to run back in again, they should’ve just told me that it was coming in a burger box. And they gave us grape jam instead of hot sauce for my husband‘s burrito.

Every time we come here our order is messed up. This time there is literally no tartar sauce on the fish o filet. They weren’t busy and so little things like this are just disappointing. Won’t be coming back it’s to many times with the orders being messed up or inadequate.
