ORDER IN PERSON if you actually want DOUBLE protein. this location consistently under delivers on protein if you aren’t there watching them make your food.

I ordered a bowl with half honey chicken and steak. They weren’t listening when I was making an order for sure, that they charged me $15 saying that I ordered extra meat. I claimed that I never asked for extra meat, but they made me pay for it since they already made a bowl. When I got back home, I was shocked at how little the amount was even though they poured “extra meat” in it. The photo is literally as soon as I opened the cover. Never Ever Ever visiting again. The worst experience ever.

Once I order drink after my order arrives no drink. I don’t eat beans so always put no bean but every time I find beans in my order. You guys make sure you get the right order. I gave this Chipotle on Dobbins Road another chance after staying away for two months, hoping the staff had improved. Big mistake. The young guy working the meat station was condescending, dismissive, and downright disrespectful—especially toward elders. His tone, body language, and attitude screamed entitlement with zero professionalism.
When I calmly brought it to the manager’s attention, she did absolutely nothing. No apology. No accountability. Just a blank stare like this behavior is normal.
Let me be crystal clear: this is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff has not only failed to improve—they’ve gotten worse. If you value basic human respect, do not walk in here. Ever.

This location makes an organized effort to upsell you whenever possible. I go to this location often once a week or more, and every single time without fail if you dont explicly specify (sometimes multiple times) that you want a SMALL drink or SMALL chips, they’ll default to large each time. Also, they rarely give you the receipt so I don’t even realize ive been upcharged until its too late. This happens everytime, without fail, regardless of the cahier so I can only assume management is telling them to do it.
