This is basically an establishment that revolves around an entire team that can’t read. The food is always either cold or not what you ordered. They’ll let you leave while missing items from your order after they took 45 minutes to get it to you.
We ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and ended up with pickles on the OUTSIDE and the inside of the burger that was put together so sloppily you couldn’t even hold it (really wish I remembered to take photos). Asked for no cheese on my filet o fish and guess what – it had cheese on it. Our McNuggets were from yesterday and they also made sure to leave out the mcchicken we ordered. The snack wrap we ordered was comedically phallic in appearance. The guy working the front counter was openly and loudly telling his coworker that he was trying to fight the urge to puke because he was sick while simultaneously handing food out to people. And on top of all that there were like 5 people if front of me in the lobby that were missing items from their orders. I could go on and on about this place but I would just steer clear and go to Hardee’s instead. The food is always fresh and fast and they actually read their tickets. This place should just close immediately and permanently. Do not waste your time unless you want to waste $30 and the better part of an hour waiting for food that tastes like it’s been sitting out all day.

2nd time I’ve gone there. No condiments, no cheese last time on big Mac. This time same no condiments, a patty short on a double with what looks like grill scraping.

First time stopping by. It was packed. We picked a spot, ordered online and within 10 minutes we had our order. Everything tasted great, everything was there, life was good. Would definitely recommend.
