Best McDonald’s ever ! The app glitched out, changed my location to Fargo (I live there) management went out of the way to help me get my birthday discount even though Fargo is technically prepping it. Even was telling me advice on how to fix that situation with the app. The physical stores do not have control over the app sadly, but they went to extra mile and took care of me.

35 minutes for 6 value menu sandwiches, a fry, and a couple of ice creams. No apologies for my wait. Ice cream was melted when I received it. I asked them to remake it and they just set it on the counter behind the wall instead of handing it to me. Had to wait another 3 minutes before someone handed the ice cream to me.

Stop making us pull forward or park. We come through the drive-thru because we are in a hurry. Usually on the way to work . Other issue is employees. Theres literally only a few that are pleasant to deal with. Mumbling or speed talking when ordering then not even speak to you at either window. What happened to manners and being polite? They’re paid to be friendly, courteous, and respectful.

This is the second time I have had this kind of experience. I feel horrible for the 2 people who were trying to make my order right. The 1 who noticed I had been there for a while tried to find my order only to find that, for some reason, it had been kicked out of the system. She took my receipt and had to ask for each item repeatedly. Even after that some of the items got taken by other people grabbing for the orders they were working on. With all of that, we ended up missing some of our items still. The second person who helped us had been doing the same thing for other customers the whole time that the first one was working on our order. He got me my drink but told me that it would probably be a very long time before he would be able to get my fries because he was told that the drive through took priority. They were going to continue to push him away from the fries until the drive through was clear. Between the app glitch and then the horrible way the system at this particular restaurant is set up these two spent the entire time I was there (1.5 hours) running from one food item to the next and apologizing for something that wasn’t even in their control. It would have been one thing if the drive through was backed up, but it wasn’t. No one should have to deal with customers who are being told that they can’t get the food they paid for and also they can’t get their money back.

Food is just slopped together with no care and you can taste it. Also the fact you have to pull around and wait for your food, makes it less fresh and a longer wait. Go to the other McDonald’s
