Do not order here. This is the only McDonald I’ve been to where you cannot get your own drink. You also cannot order in person. You have to either use the app or the self serve kiosk. If there is a mistake with your order, no one will make eye contact with you so that you can speak to them to correct the error. While we were here there were multiple people, including us, that had mistakes on their order and everyone had a hard time getting anyone to acknowledge their existence to try and get it corrected. The staff was nice enough when you did finally get someone to acknowledge you, but it took several minutes of waiting to get anyone to look up. Just go somewhere else. For me, the inability to get your own drink is a deal breaker. No refills, no opportunity to get something different, no thanks. The rest is just typical McDonalds. Just go somewhere else.

Got my order out SUPER quick + actually burnt my mouth a bit! Feel like these quarters are HUGE. There are a bunch of younger teens working but seems like they are wrangled well. Biggest issue was not getting a receipt from those kiosks, but it looks like that’s been an issue so ♀️

I ordered a hamburger happy meal and added cheese for an extra cost. They forgot the cheese, no problem. I went to the drive thru and asked for a replacement and was told to go to the second window. I decided to order another cheeseburger and an additional sandwhich at the first window. The second window gives me my order and stated I would need to go back through the drive thru again for a replacement on the sandwhich they originally messed up on. I decided to leave since I already had been waiting a few minutes. To make things worse, they got my second order wrong as well. I didnt realize this until I was halfway home.

3rd time I’ve been to this location in a month. Was in the area and decided food was in order. This last visit will be my last. Went through the drive thru. No biggie. Was handed HALF of my order. Asked for no pickles or onions for the kid. Still received with pickles and onions. Turned around went inside for my food. Waited about ten minutes for my burger and fries they forgot. Finally received my order while listening to young workers screaming profanity. F bombs all around. Got home went to eat. Still wasn’t what I asked for. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I had came through the drive thru and placed an order. I received my order incorrect. It was just one item. I called the store and instantly a manager named McKenzee picked up. It was later in the evening but she answered the phone with a joy, that caught me off guard. I told her what had happened. She told me to come down. Her and the staff took care of me quickly. She was refreshing to talk to. I will continue to give this location my business because of mangers like her. The employees there are awesome too!

It shouldn’t be that hard to check before you hand me a bag. There have been so many occasions where I get the wrong food, from crew to even their managers. Also it shouldn’t be hard to check whether the tea is sweet. Another issue this place seems to consistently have. Granted I don’t always get the order messed up, sometimes I do get my over sugared tea, but it’s been often enough that it’s not excusable anymore.
This is aimed towards the morning and night crew, more so morning side.

I have ordered delivery from this location multiple times and almost every time the restaurant forgets items in my order, this time THEY FORGOT EVERYTHING (6 burgers, 4 fries, 20 piece nugget, large snack wrap meal) EXCEPT THE ONE DRINK WITH THE MEAL. I will be going there in person to personally show my “gratitude”. Enough is enough. I recommend calling when placing a delivery order to make sure they don’t forget anything. Inexcusable. Not to mention by the time we needed to reorder it turned to midnight and IT CHANGED TO BREAKFAST. So we weren’t able to eat AT ALL.

Per capita of the highest quarter-pounder consuming mcdonalds in the world — they dedicated a statue to it. I am amazed by it and so is my dog.
Otherwise it’s a well run mcdonalds and the staff is hard working and friendly. I go every Saturday. Chicken nuggets are cooked particularly crispy.
