Yes the restaurant was kinda busy. We were sat quickly and the waitress was super nice. However, there was enough staff that could have been cleaning this place up. Especially when I saw a staff members who came to talk to the hostess that literally flicked garbage on the ground or the one that sat there on his phone.
This floor has to be the worst part. I did see them clearing tables but this floor was as bad as it gets. The food was great and the hostess was polite. I just wish I was able to walk into a clean restaurant.

The salmon dinner was superb. It was tasty along with the delicious garlic potatoes and broccoli. My food server Traci was awesome. She was very attentive and accommodating. And the atmosphere was very pleasant and the hostess was very friendly. My rating was definitely a “5 Star”

Our server Emily C was absolutely amazing! Very attentive, warm and welcoming. However I felt bad for her it looked like all the other workers including the manager host and other servers were standing around talking in a huge group. Poor Emily was sweeping and doing her best to manage her tables. Food and service was great and considerably fast thanks to Emily.

I ordered the shrimp and parm sirloin. It was terrible. The Parmesan cheese sauce was clumpy and disgusting. I also had the spinach artichoke dip, that was brown and burnt looking. If the weather had not been so awful I would have taken it back. It was only 5 minutes from when I picked it up to being home, so it didn’t let it get cold. I did forget to tip on the online order but gave the girl cash for the car side to go. Maybe the poor quality was perceived non tipping retaliation, I don’t know.

Thought we’d treat ourselves to a casual night out. Big mistake. Walked in and the place smelled like old fryer oil mixed with regret. Hostess looked like she’d rather be anywhere else (same, girl). Sat us at a sticky booth that hadn’t seen a wipe-down since the Obama administration. Menu? Endless pages of the same microwaved slop dressed up with buzzwords like “handcrafted” and “sizzling.”
Ordered the classic Bourbon Street Steak because why not live dangerously. What arrived was a sad, gray slab of shoe leather swimming in a sauce that tasted like someone spilled BBQ sauce in soy and called it a day. Steak was so overcooked it could’ve been used as a doorstop. Sides? Mashed potatoes that were somehow both watery and glue-like, broccoli that was basically just sadness with green food coloring. Fries were limp, cold, and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since breakfast.
Wife got the grilled chicken something-or-other. Chicken was dry enough to start a forest fire, and the “seasoning” was just salt with abandonment issues. Appetizer mozzarella sticks? Greasy tubes of disappointment that arrived lukewarm and left a film on your mouth like regret itself. Drinks were watered down to the point I’m pretty sure my rum and Coke was 90% ice and existential dread.
Server disappeared for 20-minute stretches like she was auditioning for Houdini. When she finally showed up, it was with the enthusiasm of someone filing taxes. Asked for more napkins three times—still waiting. Bill came with an 18% auto-gratuity because apparently breathing the air here deserves a tip. Paid $80+ for food that would’ve been mediocre at a gas station.
Bonus: Bathroom had one working stall, no soap, and a floor that made me question every life choice that led me here. Left smelling like fryer grease and mild depression.
Applebee’s: where “Eatin’ Good in the Neighborhood” means you’re eating garbage and everyone knows it. Never again. I’d rather microwave my own sadness at home—it’d taste better and cost less. Zero stars if possible. Run, don’t walk, to literally anywhere else.

This the mosy friendly restaurant we go to. The staff is beyond incredible offering awesome customer service. Last week we ordered 3 chicken meals, all three came out pretty burnt. The waitress happily and apologetically took the dished back to have new ones made. The manager came out and apologized. They offered us free desert which we said we were all set, so they gave us a $20.00 gift card. The new dishes were incredible.
The next week I went back with a friend. There was a sticker in her salad soaked in her dressing. They corrected it immediately and gave her a free desert.
Although our track record with the first round of food hasn’t been successful, the customer service is top notch. The restaurant is clean We will continue to support this location.

I paid extra for these French fries, and when I got home this is all they gave me—wow. The portion was extremely small, and the meat was dry with barely any on it. Overall, I’m very disappointed because this ended up being a waste of money.

Makai was SO AWESOME!!! Very attentive to 4 semi indecisive girls! Drinks and food were brought out quickly, and he always checked in on us to make sure we were happy with everything. He had such a great attitude and was seriously so fun! EXCELLENT JOB!!! We will be back! Best Applebees experience we’ve had in a while!

Applebees is a classic, it’s not fine dining but it’s pretty good to me! Great drink specials. I love their appetizers. Was a little upset that they aren’t super flexible with substitutions on the appetizer combo, but they did allow me to swap the spinach dip for white queso.
