The worst McDonalds ive ever been through. I used to work at McDonald’s a long time ago so i get when it gets busy but this is unacceptable (see photo) it was supposed to be a bacon quarter pounder. All the food was old. Grill was burying the runners and serving old food. They had time to cook fresh stuff and chose to serve old stale food instead. Manager on shift should have taken charge. We were in 7:00 pm November 13 2025

I don’t like leaving negative reviews. However, this is the second time I did a curbside pickup order and stuff was missing. The first time was when the Mcdonaldland adult Happy Meals came out. I went mainly for the toy (this was before you could purchase separately). It was not in the bag. I had to go in and wait to let someone know. I finally got it. This time I went to get Monopoly game pieces. Got my food and the stickers were missing. My QP had mayonnaise and lettuce scraped off of it and a Big Mac bun was used. Ii ordered a regular QP. The fries were cold. I didn’t have time to go run in for my food to be remade and some monopoly pieces. This just confirms that I don’t need to be eating Dumpy Pig McDonald’s anyways.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but tonight’s experience was unbelievably frustrating. My friend and I placed our orders, and we ended up waiting over an hour to receive our food. I was literally just waiting on an ice cream cone and a soda, yet it took that long for our meals to be handed out.
While waiting, I stood at the counter for a solid amount of time trying to get someone’s attention—not a single employee acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, completely ignoring customers standing right in front of them. My items were disgusting by the time we finally got everything, and the entire experience felt like a joke.
I even tried calling the store while I was still there, hoping to get someone’s attention that way. Instead, the person who answered the phone just ignored my complaint and offered no help at all. This was beyond just slow service—it was complete disregard for customers.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’d strongly urge management to retrain staff on basic customer service. Honestly, I feel I deserve a refund or reimbursement for this experience. No one should have to go through this just to get an ice cream cone.

Placed a pick up order and was notified that it had been canceled until I had parked to pick it up.
Incredibly inconvenient that I was not notified of this cancellation, wasn’t even provide a reason for it. Horrible customer service.
And McDonald’s didn’t even provide a free item or discount of some sort to make up for the inconvenience. In awe at the horrible customer service. I guess when you are such a large cooperation you don’t care about losing a customer.

Manager on phone was very rude when asking to receive a refund. Was given completly wrong order. Live 20 minutes from resturaunt and Manager stated would have to return to store to get the refund. Offered to send pictures of food received and mobile reciept. Problem was not resolved. Very disappointing.
