This place has been my sustenance for years (jokingly, of course). But they have never gotten my order wrong, the sodas are always crisp and flavorful, and the burgers are consistently good.
Inside the restaurant can be a bit cold sometimes, but it is almost always clean. Staff are generally kind and helpful.

Didn’t have food this time but I do love their burgers nom nom nom, but too much $$. I remember McD’s being more affordable. I settled for a decent cup of coffee. And in honor of truckers who scramble to find effective caffeine I am posting this McDonald’s location to remind us all don’t drink coffee that just makes you tired. I’m avoiding adding sugar and just drinking it black this time which seems to have a sweetness to it already. No baby changing station in sight. But plenty of accessibility to enter.

Your store has to be the worst ive ever been to. Never open when your supposed to be a 24 hour store. Roof leaks constantly. Service sucks. Employees are rude every single time I come. Your the only place open before 5am when I have to be to work and 3 out of 7 times Your closed. Do better and hire better employees that can actually be nice instead of just down right rude to strangers. If we had better places open that early I would never come there again but sadly I have to sometimes.

I was having an amazing D Days experience with my buddies and went here to get some food to end the night. The doors were locked so we went to walk through the drive through and a worker came outside and cussed us out telling us to leave unless we were in a car, which we did not have. Told us our money was worthless. Fortunately another car that watch the entire situation allowed us to jump into their vehicle so we could order. The food was truthfully really good but the service and management was unacceptable

every time i come through there is a 50% chance they’ll actually give you what you order. most of the time when i use a mobile code my deal is either incorrect or just ignored entirely. staff makes no attepmts to fix these mistakes every single time they happen. i would support a different mcdonalds if this wasn’t the only one in vermillion.
edit: tried to give them the benefit of the doubt tonight, just for the exact same thing to happen. tried to redeem a reward for a free burger. they accepted the code but didn’t give me the burger. their reason? “i never use the app i don’t know why it won’t redeem” please at least TRY to help the situation. this is the last straw after a bad day, i’m done supporting this location.

This company has gone down the drain. EVERY time I go to McDonald’s, there’s something missing from my order or my food is made wrong. This time, my cheeseburger is swimming in grease with way too much ketchup..it’s literally sliding around between the buns!! oh and guess what?? No napkins as usual. So I’m supposed to eat a super greasy, sloppy sandwich and what? Wipe my hands on my pants?? I think I’m done. Lousy company with crap food.

Quit saying you’re open 24/7 if you’re not. Also turn off the hours on the app so people don’t place orders after getting off from work at 2am and being severely disappointed and having to fight to get a refund. Very frustrating.
Edit 8/21: ordered a Big Mac no lettuce extra pickle. Opened the box and the top bun slid off to reveal the not properly built burger. Luckily I know how to assemble a Big Mac, but come on. I had to sit and wait 10 minutes in the drive thru (I ordered on the app too) with one car ahead of us for this? Come on. Also, can you serve fresh fries? 9 times out of 10 they’re cold and soggy. If it’s not the busy time, I’d rather you just flash fry them so they’re warm at least. Insanely ridiculous

Had pretty alright experiences but this one was worth mentioning, when i asked for ketchup the drive through worker handed me a giant handful of sticky ketchup covered packets. Made me really nauseous when his sticky hand plopped the sticky into my hand… 🙁
