Think this has been my last time at the Madison McDonalds. I go through, not very often at that but, my order Is 2 Sausage burritos and the salsa but somehow they always forget the salsa. Even though when ordering I will always wait till they ask if i want to, to say yes I do. Just ridiculous the first time it happened thought okay then went through again a couple weeks later same thing no salsa. Went again 3rd time last week and guess whats not there the salsa. Today my fourth time this year No DAMN SALSA. Used to work fast food myself and never in my life messed up such a simple order so many times if at all, just horrendous effort from Madison McDonalds.

Waited 30 minutes for my food and then they forgot an item. Waited an hour for help, no showed up to the front. There were about 10 other people waiting for help as well. Gave up and left. Schedule more staff!

Jillian at the first window tonight was the rudest person I’ve ever seen work there. She had the music blaring to the point where she couldn’t hear us, she was rude and disreguarded us at the drive through until I waited long enough for her to answer me. It was horrible.

Submitted an order on the mobile app put on some sweatpants and drove to the drive thru. There were about 4 cars in front of me, all given their food. I pulled up to the window and was told to pull into one of the pickup parking spaces. Now tell me what is the point of ordering from the app if I still have to wait when I get there. I have a 15 minute break I’m trying to quickly grab some breakfast. Suffice to say I did not make it in 15 minutes

Picked up in-store. Tables were dirty, floor unclean, and bathrooms were atrocious.
Ordered a few McChickens. Two had HEAVY mayo, one had light mayo and no lettuce. None of them were special orders, so not sure why the inconsistency.
Coke tasted flat. Only positive food experience was the fresh, hot fries.
