We ordered and paid at the kiosk in the restaurant and took a number for them to bring us the food. Fifteen minutes later when the food finally arrived at our table, it was cold. Cold fries, cold McRib, etc. I requested fresh fries, only to be served more cold, limp fries. The staff doesn’t seem at all concerned that customers are leaving without ordering due to the long waits. Poor management at this restaurant.

Went through ordered some food said only ketchup on my burger got my burger. Looks like they smashed it together has onions, pickles and I only said ketchup. I called the store and they keep on hanging up on me. They answered and then I was telling her then she Just hung up on me. I am very upset today.

Ordered at the kiosk then sat and waited for my food after 25-30 minutes I went up and asked about my order and they didn’t even have it. So then they rushed to get my order done which would’ve been awesome if they got my order right. Not only did they not have my order up they didn’t even try and make it right after I had been sitting there waiting for about 40 minutes in total. Also no one was coming to the register. People were standing there waiting and only once someone came up to ask if what they needed.

Something has really gone downhill at McDonald’s. Either your fries are fresh and the rest of the food is cold or vise versa. Service is decent depending on time. Atmosphere is non existent like every other place it sold it’s soul and fun internal decor for profits.

I just went in for breakfast. Everyone was very rude, and I found a chunk of styrofoam in my sausage McMuffin. I am beyond disappointed, this is absolutely disgusting and says a lot about the cleanliness of the company and the quality of the food they provide and produce.

Made an order online was paid online. Waited over a half an hour at curbside never received my food had to call inside the restaurant to get my food brought out to me. On the way home noticed my food was freezing cold and my order was incorrect missing items. I had to call the store back let them know that my food was freezing cold and not edible and also missing items the person stated that they would make me all my meals fresh right away. I went back to McDonald’s received my food everything was there according to my order. Once I was eating my food I bit into my steak egg and cheese bagel and bit something hard that it felt like it cracked my tooth. I split the piece out it was some round plastic piece of something that was in the sandwich. I set it aside took pictures of it
, even tried to continue eating but then I found more of the plastic substance in the sandwich. I will keep this evidence and turn it over to public health if needed.

As a worker at McDonald’s this is just not good. My burger was pink, no customer service, noticed in the back there were at least 5 crushed fries that were there when I arrived and still there when I left. Only good thing was the smoothie.

Went here tonight witnessed Athena Working her absolute butt off!! Props to her she was working hard and still had a positive attitude and amazing energy. She asked Kai to help check people out (as he was just standing there. looking around doing absolutely nothing) he ignored her! He then started YELLING at her for asking him to help. absolutely ridiculous and heart breaking! He got sent into the kitchen and forgot the patty on my big mac. How awful do you have to be to yell at someone because they asked you not to be lazy.
