Just got stuck waiting 45 minutes for our food. The kitchen was a wreck and the orders were wrong. McDonalds is no longer inexpensive or fast, so why go?

Half hour wait in line at the drive through, decided to go inside, just starting the oder for a chicken sandwich and a drink. Perhaps the photo is the reason for them just starting the order after half hour? Completely unacceptable.

Last time ate here 2 young ladies used restroom didn’t wash their hands says wife while waiting, than go back wait on customers not impressed. We said will try one more time to see if better went at 1230p.m dining room closed yet children in play area must be for staff. Went to other McDonald’s not much better 20 minutes for food there as well

We’ve been in Bemiji a lot this summer, we Find ourselves grabbing fast food often out of necessity. It was refreshing to get a fresh, hot meal after so many disappointing meals. The service was by far the best we’ve experienced in Bemiji as well.

Someone actually said Thank You and I almost fainted. One of the two employees (the man that took my order and $$). The woman that handed me my food didn’t want to say anything but shove my food at me. I asked for light ice and my coffee was full of ice. BTW “have a nice day ” is not Thank You.

All I ordered was a fish sandwich & the tarter sauce, 3/4th’s of it, was on the side and inside of the box and not on the sandwich (what a mess) I think they could take a few seconds to offer up a sandwich that isn’t such a mess.

I don’t go very often, mostly for breakfasts. But the last 3 times I’ve went, I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes for myself and no more. And they forget items frequently. Why am I told to pull around the corner just to be forgotten and have 10+ cars get there’s before my own. Do better

I was happy with the food and service. I will think twice about eating there tho, because I was harassed by two NA women. Someone called the police. I am an elderly woman with PTSD. It was a frightening experience.
