We’re all aware of McDonald’s and what it offers. To compare to other restaurants would be unfair, but in comparison to other McDonald’s, the Saint Peter location is far above average in terms of service, speed, presentation, cleanliness, and quality. If compared to non-McDonald’s, under those subjects, this location still ranks well above other fast food chains in its consistency for excellence. Obviously this cannot be said for all McDonald’s locations. I have had to wait extreme amounts of time in other locations.
Additionally, this location has a nice Playland that keeps my child occupied. That alone is a massive draw when compared to the Burger Kings and Hardee’s that have done away with such important features.

Everything as normal as in other McDonalds, play place was good, ambience was good, food was okay but the service was not that great. Our order went off somewhere and they couldn’t find as we paid through the kiosk. Finally after waiting for 25 minutes after asking the manager they somehow managed something out of somewhere. It’s okay but not so great as we were in a hurry.

No one cares about the customer here. They are unable to understand how to apply coupon codes from the app, and when they went to ask the manager for help, the manager didn’t come to help the situation. Don’t come here. I tried to order through drive through and was told it will be $16.50 for a coupon that was $7.50 the kid running drive through, said the coupon is being weird but wanted me to pay that price then I went inside and the manager didn’t help. Worse McDonald’s experience ever.

I had the audacity to order breakfast items on the app before 10:30 AM and then pulled up to the window exactly at 10:30 AM and was told by the rude lady that my breakfast items I paid for were not on the order. She then went back and made them, shoving them out the window towards me without saying a word. Rudest customer service experience I have ever encountered at a McDonalds

Hubby and I decided on a whim on a Sunday morning that we wanted a McDonalds breakfast sandwich. Haven’t had one in so long since we normally don’t eat until later in the day. After checking the breakfast hours of the 2 locations nearest us, we decided on St. Peter because it listed breakfast was available until 11am, however please call because hours can vary. We decided to just hit the road since we would barely make it before 11. We got there at 10:47 and the lunch menu was already displayed. My hubby asked anyway, and the sweet girl taking our odrder said that she would go check to see if there were any breakfast items left. There ended up being exactly what we wanted. It was such great customer service, which I feel needs to be acknowledged, because it is not so common these days. She was actually super helpful and offered to go above and beyond even though weren’t really expecting to get lucky. I wish I knew her name but she was a nice, young girl with a positive attitude, it was so much appreciated!!! I hope she is treated well!! The food was good, though not fresh obviously, since breakfast was over. But it did satisfy our hunger for what we had been craving! Also, the drive through service was great, we didn’t have to wait long at all.

I really enjoy the food and service usually but tonight we got called liars because the bacon quarter pounder that we ordered didn’t have bacon on it, and the manager on duty said that she saw them put bacon on it when we called the store to ask what happened. Overall treated us like we didn’t know what we were talking about, yet we sit here with no bacon on the sandwich. Then when we tried to get information about the workers, managers, etc she refused to give it to us, claiming that she had contacted her supervisor so they would know what’s going on. Well you have already lied to us at least once, so excuse me if I’m not so aquiesent to you saying that. Attached are pictures of the baconless sandwich

Ordered an ice cream cone yesterday in the drive thru and was handed this. When I confirmed I ordered a cone the girl in the drive thru said “this is the best I can do”
If your ice cream machine is not working properly then give your guests the option. Charging them and then handing them this with a straight face is wild.

They accidentally threw away our whole order and my hand sanitizer when my kiddo had an accident in the bathroom. An employee replaced all of our food with hot food and helped me find my full sanitizer in the trash.

Went through the drive through, got my order, asked if the fish sandwich was there, they said yes. Pulled forward, checked the order, no fish. Went inside and they gave me the rest of my order.
