I stopped in for lunch. Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder and it took awhile to get the order to go. After I got in my vehicle I was disappointed to see how it was prepared. Cheese was poorly placed and there was excessive mayo. The meat patty kept sliding out because there was so much mayo on it. There’s no way this burger was worth 7 dollars. The point of sale was asking me to round up (with no reason why) and when I tried to push no, it still accepted as yes so I told the cashier I didn’t want to round up. Had to mess around canceling the sale and started over. Ugggg. I doubt I will go back to this location.

Super fast service and awesome friendly staff!
I placed a mobile order for inside pickup and my food was ready 2 minutes after I placed the order.
I used a coupon for a free Big Mac with a $2 min purchase so I got a hamburger and a Big Mac for $2.67 after tax.
Great value when they have good deals, sad to see fewer and fewer good deals in the app.
I also would gladly accept a longer wait if they are able to place the cheese on the burger rather than having it falling so far off the side that the box takes a corner off when closed but that seems to be a issue at all McDonalds.
Also note they were quite busy at 10:45am on a Wednesday, but still super quick.

10+minute wait after first being offered the wrong order. Then I didn’t need to wonder why I waited so long because when I opened the bag I had over cooked …. Possibly double cooked fries that are dark/burnt and so hard I wouldn’t even toss it to the birds ….. Always a long wait no matter what you order. Front window and counter employees are always super nice in the morning… Night time there is no sense of urgency or care of what’s being served. It’s really sad …. I wish there were more late night options in the area because I set myself up for disappointment every time I go here. Do better!

I went through the drive thru on a snowy day and ordered 2 10-piece McNuggets and a couple other items. I asked them to double check my order and they said they did. Got home and trudged through snow and once inside, I discovered they forgot a 10-piece McNugget. I called and Angie said “oh I’m sorry can you come back?” Her tone said she didn’t really care. No, not going back. Ever.

This wonderful place was beyond ANY McDonalds I have ever experienced. It was a blast from the past in work ethics, cleanliness, table service, media, customer care and appreciation. I was awestruck by the honorable treatment of we the customers. There were dedicated patrons as well. They had educational media for the use of customers children . This replaced the jungle gyms that don’t let the parents relax their vigil.

Me and my family have been here a couple time. Each time we hope it’s going to be better but its worst then the last. My experience inside the place was terrible slow service when there was only 3 people there. And the place was very dirty milk spilled every and it was dried so with obviously had been there for a while and then there was a random lid on the floor just being kicked around , and nobody thought to pick it up. Let them know but it was teens working and they didn’t seem to care then we went back they put stuff i TOLD them i was allergic on my burger they made a new one but then messed that one up to. My mcdelievery experience was TERRIBLE they forgot two large fries and 3 drinks. We called McDonald’s they said that they aren’t the one that handle the food.

Employees were carrying on very inappropriate conversations while making food. Never greeted entire time there. When brought food out I had to ask for bag, when food was ordered to go, then got upset when I asked them to put it in the bag.
I felt like my being there was imposition and problem for the Employees.
I do not know what kind of business this is, but it is apparent to me, one that Employees don’t care and making money is not important.

This place is the best I have ever seen for Macdonald because people that work here are totally different from any other places, if you come here you will know what I meant, especially one of Mexican lady was so nice to everyone that eat here

Clean and spacious McD, with friendly staff. Well maintained restrooms. There is touch screen kiosks available for placing the orders. They even have fall decorations throughout, giving the place nice positive ambience.

Very slow service, took 25 minutes to get our order, and I saw many people come in after I did, and they got their food before I did. Food was luke warm at best. Fries tasted old. They also only gave me a half full, large fry.
