Two times this location has automatically triggered my account to purchase something that I did not. How is this even legal and why is there no accountability?
I’m sitting in my house and it’s 6:10pm, I open my app and I’m greeted by a purchase for breakfast at the McDonald’s I rarely go to after driving by last time and being charged without even making an order.
First photo shows there is no ordered for today. Second is the screen shot of the order I was greeted with and it’s to late to cancel. Third is the photo of it pending in my bank account. How is this specific McDonald’s triggering my app to purchase when I don’t do it or is it more McDonald’s but people haven’t noticed it yet??
I highly highly suggest everyone else pay attention to their bank accounts to avoid this theft by them. It happening once is sketchy with invasion of privacy, but a second time starts to fall more into nefarious intent territory.
Tried calling the number for the app four times and each time hung up after waiting to talk to someone. Said they couldn’t hear me but calling others afterwards showed they could hear me, it truly seems they are playing stupid claiming they can’t hear you to avoid dealing with it.
Told only way to not have my money stolen is to drive up to the store and have it canceled. Why do I have to drive up there to get my STOLEN money back?? Absolutely mind boggling this happens and the hoops they try to get you to go thru, just to avoid being STOLEN from.

I can’t say how many times I’ve needed some fast food in a hurry and gone to this McDonald’s, quickly glance to make sure I have the right food, then leave and by the time I have a moment to eat, it turns out to be the wrong food and I don’t have time to go all the way back and get it corrected. Maybe that’s my fault for not being thorough, however…
When I say the wrong food, I mean food I literally cannot eat because it has cheese melted onto it, or its just been made completely wrong and not what I asked for. I do NOT ask for complicated meals. Also, almost every time I get fries they are completely without salt. Why do that?
The only nice thing I can say is that the workers are very polite and quick. But, polite and quick don’t mean much when the food is screwed up. Repeatedly.

I placed a mobile order today, and there was a glitch in the app so it didn’t show up in the store’s system. Without hesitation, Raya (I might be spelling that wrong) jumped in and helped me get it sorted, and within 10 minutes I had my food and was on my merry way. I greatly appreciated the swift and pleasant service! Amazing staff at this location, always helpful and lobby clean!

I wanted a sausage biscuit, egg and cheese biscuit and a medium mocha frappe. I had to repeat the order 4 times and the lady still could not get it right. So I had to place the order at the window and the same lady still could not get it right. A manager had to help. Then food wasn’t ready so had to pull around and after 10 mins of waiting had to go inside to get it as they forgot about it. I will never ever go back to this McDonald’s again!!!!!!

I had a rough day, so my husband and I stopped by McDonald’s for a Happy Meal. We were given ranch instead of the sweet and sour sauce we ordered. When I asked for an exchange, Ryan helped us right away and apologized for the mistake. He was very friendly, and after I sat back down, he surprised us with an extra Shamrock Frappé, smiling as he asked, “Do you like mints?” It was a small gesture, but at the end of a long day, we truly appreciated his kindness.

Ordered door dash delivery, no happy meal but made sure to give us the milk that came with it! Ordered a coke and got a flat dr pepper. Food was cold even though it was delivered right from store (watched the driver on the map). The sandwiches were slopped together and a mess! Terrible terrible food!!

Madison Ave has always been my favorite McDonald’s. I messed up placing my order today and the young gentleman who helped me was very helpful and made things right, even though it was my fault. Once again, great service, great food & great people!

My daughter wanted extra pickles on her hamburger. When we got it, it only had 3 pickles on it. Aerial, came back with a different hamburger, and wow she made my daughter’s day! Huge shout out Aerial!! Thank you for going up and beyond for a 5yr old!!!
