I have never experienced such bad service like this. Not only did i have to go back inside for my food, but my food was all messed up and out of their packaging. Shame on this location. If i could, i wouldn’t even give them a star.

I come here often before work. So I’m usually in sort of a rush, today the line was empty. I got right through no problems. Now I’m at work starving I open my bacon egg and cheese bagel only to find SAUSAGE. This is the second time it’s happened and I absolutely hate sausage. They weren’t even busy. The lady handed me the sandwich and said BACON. The first time it happened I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit. Got to work and it was a fricking pancake with syrup and sausage muffin. What the !!! Especially today when they weren’t busy at all. How did you throw sausage on my sandwich when I clearly asked for bacon and they all knew that. It wouldn’t even be that big of a deal if I didn’t fricking despise the taste of sausage. UGH!! And for an 8$ sandwich. Come on.

This used to be the “good” mcdonald’s in town but now I see it’s the opposite. The last three times I have eaten food from here have been bad experiences. The first time I got a curbside and they forgot my drinks no big deal just a slight inconvenience the kid went and got my drinks and that was fine. Well I open the bag and my burger is unwrapped loose in the bag. The second incident I received the wrong drink and asked for no pickle on my burger and it had pickle plus my fries were half full. Now we get to tonight, my CHEESEburger was split into four parts and badly reassembled on the bun and didn’t have CHEESE on it and once again it had pickles on it. This is ridiculous. The quality has seriously gone downhill here the past like 6 months.

Absolutely horrible service, they were very rude to me. I didn’t receive any of the sauces I paid for and my food was slopped together and had added things I asked to have removed. Will never be going back to this location.

Very much had the feel of an old school McDonald’s from the 80’s and early 90’s. Pac-Man game, children’s area and a Ronald McDonald!! Burger even tasted better and served with a smile! Loved it!

I have never been disappointed at this McDonald’s. It’s always quick, good service and the employees are just so kind and nice. There’s also a game area for the kids to enjoy while you’re eating your food.

This location screws up my order almost every single time. Mostly on weekends.
I always order a big breakfast WITH HOTCAKES and they always forget the hotcakes. Then upon getting home, I notice my big breakfast doesn’t have hotcakes, I get them specifically for my 2 year old who loves them.
I drive ALL the way back to the location wait there for 15 mins before even being acknowledged, (mind you this was almost when breakfast was over) so they made me wait there, I couldn’t even get hotcakes for my order because “breakfast was over” how is that my problem? You messed up my order I wanted my hotcakes for my son, now my food is cold.
Offering a “refund” won’t do anything when now I get to go home and my son is going to be mad because he doesn’t get his hotcakes.
Poor excuse for a store being ran by teenagers, and not acknowledging paying customers for over 15 mins standing at the counter directly looking at you.
