It’s been a while since I ordered McDonalds from this location. In the past they always messed up an order whether I ordered just for myself or entire family. But time went by and today I felt like giving them another try. Well, they did disappoint as usual. Ordered McChicken with Bacon and Honey spicy sauce and it came without the bacon. I called the store and they were more than happy to make me another one. I took my McChicken and as I was driving back to the restaurant I realized that I don’t want another one made. I just wanted a refund. Driving back and forth and consistent poor order completion just does not worth the time and effort. The staff was kind and issued me my refund without any issues. I would strongly suggest to anyone to go to 2nd ST SW McDonald’s location. They always made the order right and they’re even 24/7 location. I would stay clear from this location unless you want the headache and deal with refunds and remakes.

I placed order on mobile app for curbside. Took 30 min to get the food to the car. He walked over without the cookie tote and drinks tipped over. Acting like he is better than us. Food was completely cold. When I asked where is the cookie tote he said well its in that bag and I said its not and he said well I guess I can go ask about it. It was taking awhile so I went to just walk in and doors locked so I couldnt get in but teenagers were in a group in their talking. What are your lobby hours? This was around 8:55pm-9:30pm on 2/21/26. Then he was standing at the second drive through window opening and shutting it. I walked up and was like do they really have you just standing out here? He said nah we just joking around. He handed me the tote and I walked back to my car. Your night staff is just a bunch of rude teenagers this is not the first time I have stuff missing or they give me attitude.

ordered my 13 cookie tote and waited 25 minutes in the drive thru meant for quick and easy pickup only to find that the workers were joking around , laughing, and taking several minutes with other customer orders as well. previously at this location, i got my cookies in MERE minutes. i understand it takes a moment to warm them up, it should NEVER take this long. terrible service, very unapologetic. i had to call this location because it seemed they had forgotten about me in the 25 minutes i was sitting in the pull up drive thru spot. if i could give this 0 stars i would.

Excellent customer service! Fast but expensive. 28.00 for 2 fish sandwiches, a strawberry banana smoothie (which was delicious), and a regular size cheeseburger meal. The food was fresh but fisj sandwiches were thrown together so there was a about an inch of bun hanging out which made it extremely messy to eat.

Ordered ranch & spicy snack wraps meal at drive thru. Noticed the girl put only one ranch & spicy. Pull up to the first window and corrected it. I get bag at second window and check bag to make sure. Again one was only ranch & spicy. Informed them only to receive attitude from girl at window. I also requested napkins and boy was that a problem to request and was questioned if I was sure there was no napkins in bag. I said well I’m not lying if you want to check. I mentioned how I didn’t deserve the attitude both from guy and girl. Wow!

There were these two teen kids that they were arguing and somehow gave me the wrong order and I got overcharged and they didn’t give me a receipt so there was no way to to complain over this. After I paid for my order at McDonald’s the cashier was like. Have a great day. What kind of service is this?

Food was cold and kids meal box was soaked in some sort of liquid..my kid loves McDonald’s but refused to eat that garbage. when brought to the attention of staff they refused to do anything about it. BRADY the manager is completely unprofessional, and im not sure how he is a a management position. He refused to help and told me to “call corporate “. Avoid this location if possible. Your kids will thank you. ❗️❗️

My experience is that the service and quality of food has gone down tremendously. Things we used to get like salads and chicken strips are long gone since Covid. Now it’s only nuggets which I won’t eat, too many prices and parts. The menu advertised McRib, but when I ordered I was told they don’t have it. I’m guessing it was a limited time thing, but person taking my order was super rude about it. “We ain’t never had McRibs, we ain’t never gonna have McRibs, people’s needs to stop axing us about McRibs” was what I was told!
Remove the advertisement if you don’t have it on your menu maybe? My fries were salt free, likely better for me but not edible to me. No salt packet given, so there’s that. The drink I ordered a diet, but was given a regular coke. I only drank half when I could tell. I’m diabetic and my blood sugar started to go up right away & I felt sick. I never drink High Fructose Corn Syrup and that’s basically all regular soda is. I was so sick the rest of the afternoon from the wrong soda until my blood sugar came crashing down. For diabetics that keep a tight control of there sugar, it makes us super sick.
I won’t be back to this location, just not worth it.
