If I could give zero Stars I would never really had a problem with this McDonald’s until today when I tried to order breakfast pulled up to the drive-thru and they asked how can I help you as soon as I started giving them my order number another lady came on and said please wait your turn rudely so when I tried to explain that someone had already been helping me or ask how they can help me she again then said I needed to wait so when I pulled around to the window I did try to explain and I can’t help whatever their automated system does when you pull up in the the lady Jamie who claimed to be the manager was very rude would not give me a refund and only gave me my receipt she must be new I ain’t never seen her working at this McDonald’s and she was very rude unprofessional even in front of other customers needless to say I will be making a complaint to corporate because she would not refund me and according to the app it states that you need to go to the store that you ordered from and submitted payment to get your refund and I even called the store and asked and was told by one of the workers there who answered that I just needed to come into the store and they would give me my refund however that’s not how it worked instead once again the Jamie girl who supposedly is the manager was rude to me in front of other customers and when I tried to hand her my receipt she just dropped it on the ground and said there was nothing she could do for me. Not sure if she was on a power trip or what.

Better not ask for ketchup. 4 meals. I asked for ketchup for my sons nuggets and my husbands nugget meal. We were given none. I asked at the window and we were handed 3 packets. I said, I’m sorry, we need more than that. Handed 2 more. So 5 packs for 4 meals. I would rather pay for ketchup than fight with anyone over something that’s supposed to come with the meals. This happens every time we are here.

They handed me a fudge Sunday as I waited for my food. When my food came I asked if they could remake the Sunday. The employee asked me why, whats wrong with it? I told him its like warm milk. He said, sorry the ice cream has been like that all night. I said so why would you ask what’s wrong with it if you already knew? He looked at me dumbfounded… I said, well can I just get a refund then? He refused. I will not continue to poison my family with your food and horrible service

The dining room was open for a nice change. Took over 5 minutes to get a McMuffin, hash browns and a coffee with 3 orders ahead of me. I appreciate having a McDonalds in Cook but I was in a bit of a hurry and had not expected the delay.

I’m not sure whose kids these are working at this McDonalds. Someone should inform them that the ketchup mustard and pickles go on the burger and not in the rapper with the burger. Just a mess. Not to mention it took forever. Not the first time being disappointed at this location. Hopefully I will never have to go back.

The Co manager there he is a man. He harasses girls and women there and been known to touch girls that work for him. He purposely messes up your order if he doesn’t like you and is very rude. Do not go there. Worst experience I’ve ever had. He should be fired.

Food tasted awesome. However we only ordered one #7 meal and we somehow got two and was charged for two. Second we did not get the apples in the kids meal we asked for. We ordered a coke for one of the meals and the lady handed it to us and said “I know it says Dr Pepper but it’s a coke” It turned out to be a Dr Pepper. We asked if they put ketchup packets in the bag and they said “yes”. There was no ketchup what so ever. I understand mistakes happen in fast food and it’s a lot of kids first jobs. How ever there were so many mess ups and it was really bad customer service.

This is the fourth time I’ve been to this McDonald’s during a long car ride. I guess my expectations are higher than what they can achieve. The service counter is always slow. However, the restrooms were clean.

Some horses***! Service we received on 6/25/23 at 1150 am. Simply horrible. Couldn’t get our order correct, therefore we only got half of what we ordered. Couldn’t get back inside since it was busy.

This place is either a hit or miss with customer service, sometimes they’re rude and act like the customers are just an inconvenience to their work day, but other times they’re smiling and friendly. The food is alright, sometimes the order gets mixed up or the app doesn’t work to order ahead of time which in that case I just go elsewhere cuz I refuse to go through the drive through there, it’s confusing for too many ppl and stresses me out so I usually just order ahead in the app and then park in a pick up spot and they bring it out to me and I drive off passing up all the cars in the drive through waiting. Plus you can earn free food by ordering in the app and skip the awkward feeling when u forget what you were going to order by the time u get to get to the speaker thing in the drive through.
