Took my money but gave me no food, gave me no refund. The “general manager” is an extremely agitated rude person, I have issues EVERY time I order there. I only come for breakfast. Between ordering food last week my sandwich not arriving with the delivery-meaning we had to leave to go and pick up my sandwich and then when the sandwich was being opened up at home to be eaten-a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin without egg.
Multiple times before that they have screwed my orders up which I’ve had a decent experience with the male manager. Absolutely ridiculous you sit in line for 30 minutes to an hour for your order to be screwed up, or you pay and arm and a leg to have it delivered for it to be missing stuff and cold. I used to love coming here now over the past few months between the employees that do not follow dress codes, taking messed up orders back through the windows- which is cross contamination 101, the genuine disrespect the employees show-I’ve worked food, i understand getting upset with customers. But just because 1 customer gets upset with you or the food doesn’t mean you can take it out on the next customer. All the employees besides MAYBE 3-4 do not say a word to you. Pass your food through the window and shut it. No have a good day, no order confirmation, nothing. From now on I’ll find a different place to get a quick bite to eat in the morning, service would/will be quicker and better then anywhere else.

But this Grand Rapids location, McDonald’s will never get my service again. I hope all chains aren’t run like this one here.

Dirty dirty dirty! Had to ask for them to wash where the soda and condiments were, no kids, ketchup everywhere.

I went in last week, and went to get a soda and ketchup, nothing changed, still dirty! I understand businesses get busy and things slip a little, but it was not busy, two employees were running around joking around (which I love seeing people have fun at their jobs ☺️) one individual was in the lobby talking to friends. The condiment/soda counter had soda and ketchup all over the counter and ketchup all over everything, I asked the lady who was talking to friends, if they could please wipe the counter, I was told when they weren’t so busy they would get to it, with lots of eye rolls!
By the way anyone notice what’s wrong with the Big Mac I ordered? No I didn’t complain, I just ate it
For how expensive and slow they are, I will just go to a restaurant next time, same price and takes as much time to get the food as this fast food restaurant!

I spent 8.99 on two large-sized fries, but when I got home, I found that they were actually less in quantity than the medium-sized ones. Are you sure these are the large-sized ones? They weren’t even filled to the brim.

Our family’s burgers were completely raw. We emailed customer service and never received support or response. This was not our first negative experience and have decided it is simply not safe to eat at this McDonald’s location again.

I actually have only eaten here 1 time in the past year. I do, however, pick up food once in a while for my son who lives out of town. The last time it went fairly smoothly…the time before that was not great. Long wait at the window outside and even had trouble ordering. The fellow taking the order didn’t seem to understand me. I haven’t been inside in months because the last time I was inside the lobby was really a mess. Hopefully, they have rectified that. It is expensive like everything else these days.

What I can say is his place is consistent… consistently bad. The woman working in the drive thru at 10 AM this morning was a drama nut, could not multi task, slowed the entire drive thru lane to a crawl and seemed to enjoy it like a control freak but at the expense of customers… this is not fast food. Every time I leave there I swear I’ll never come back… but i go back because I just can’t believe you can be that bad ALL of the time… apparently I am wrong.

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. The food was barely cooked — I took one bite and immediately felt sick to my stomach. I couldn’t even finish it and had to throw it away. On top of that, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The workers also looked unkempt and didn’t seem to care much about hygiene or customer service. Definitely not a place I’ll be coming back to. If I could give it a zero I would..

I ordered a simple breakfast, #1, no meat. I received meat on mine, muffin was burned on edges. GRMacDonald, you need more competent a d efficientpeople working. Not impressed. Some people were waiting 20 minutes or more to get their food.

The fast food line takes over an hour sometimes, I literally got 7 fries in a kids meal once, the restaurant itself is dirty with unwipes tables, no napkins or paper towels, and the play place really icks me out with kids hair all stuck in the cracks with dirt. It’s really gone downhill….we spend $50 on 4 meals tonight, that’s just crazy to me…… do better McDonald’s.

Edit: I specifically asked what number toys there were because I’m collecting Hello Kitty. They assured me that there was “5 and 8”. I said I would like to purchase them separately, those are the ones I need. They gave me a 3 and 4 but I trusted that they gave me what was requested. I called to ask if I could exchange them because I bought them and received something incorrect, the guy couldn’t find the numbers and seemed rude like I shouldn’t be asking.
Edit: The shamrock shakes were completely melted when they handed them to me. They literally dumped the fries in the box, no container for them or anything. Picture posted.
