Just want to express how totally disappointed I am in today’s order. I ordered a medium hot mocha, to be delivered curbside. I sat in spot #1 for close to 20 minutes. I finally got inside(I know short staffing, and other staffing issues happen, I get it) so I let them know I’m here & I’ll wait for the drink & that I understand completely. She hands me the drink, I tell them thanks, have a great day, no whip cream & it tastes like hot chocolate. This local is usually REALLY great, this is very disappointing. If I could give this zero stars I would. I went through the drive thru today and ordered a snack wrap. Got my snack wrap, had a bite, went in for another and I shit you not almost bit into a dead fly. I went in, showed them, watched them make another snack wrap with the same lettuce the dead fly was attached to on my snack wrap, and then approached me and said “Yeah I don’t know. Do you want another one?”. I can’t imagine a world where anyone would want a different one after that. Especially seeing as they didn’t even change the lettuce out? Place was swarming and crawling with flies. Got a refund but it didn’t seem to be too big of a deal for anyone ???????? Not sure how it isn’t????

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, save your time and money. My family and I visited mcdonalds today and our service was horrible. The lady responsible for the horrible visits name was Linda.
We ordered 2 shamrock shakes with oreo and she refused to give us the oreo in the shakes after we paid extra for it and after correcting her about the mess up she raised her voice at us with a condescending tone. Then she finally decided she was going to give us a cup with a inch and a half of oreo in it and it was up to us to finish the shake. ( how we’re we going to split a inch and a half worth of oreos between a large and a medium shake)? So after all the insults we decided to pull around and exit our vehicle ( its snowing extremely hard today) and had to have a junior employee help us and she gave us extra oreo so we could finish their job by finishing the shakes.
After all the complications and insults, we then noticed LINDA was the manager of this establishment. Wow…
We will be visiting Burger King or culvert for sure the next time we want a burger…thanks again to the junior employee!!! And shame on you Linda as a manager i would expect alot more out of you…

I did a deal on the app for buy a large drink get any size fry. It went to the wrong location and the manger (Francis) wouldn’t honor the deal and I have to wait 24 hours to get it again. I have not eaten in 2 days working doubles and honestly I was about to crash out but had to stay calm and contacted cooperate so hopefully they do something if not I’ll never come back. Nobody gives a shit about the customer anymore and the culture of Minnesota nobody gives a shit about anyone else and “got to follow the rules” attitude instead of customer service. So if I don’t matter I’ll just stop giving this billion dollar company that can’t meet sales expectations my hard earned money. I’m never coming back to this location and I’m really about to stop coming to McDonald’s because the prices for what you get is ridiculous. Sick of it

Chicken stros were soggy. Forgot the juice boxes with the happy meals gave apple slices when i asked for extra fries. Only 2 high chairs and all the way in the play area. Didn’t get sauces asked for. Burger wasn’t made the way it was listed.
