Came here for lunch with my grandson and the play area kept him busy and happy. The tables needed cleaning when we arrived, but the staff took care of it after we mentioned it. Food was fresh and it was a fun stop for lunch.

Empty. We arrived at 6:15PM and left at 7:00. Thr food took FOREVER! There wasn’t that many people here (4 when we arrived who already had their food) and some arrived when we were leaving. We ordered apple pies when leaving, and nobody told us they were out of stock and would take 10 minutes to bake. We were there for 45 minutes and spent 25-30 waiting on food in an empty place.

I like this one for it’s convenient location, but when a high-schooler missed the trash and dumped his large sprite minus a couple sips on the floor, then a lady slipped in it and staff was told about the spill and did nothing about it kinda made me secretly hope that a staffer would slip and maybe fall. I know, that’s not “nice” but either was the dismissive look people got for reporting the spill. Shot, I almost wanted to do a slip and fall for a nice payday but that’s what we’ve become as a society, myself included. Nobody cares anymore. Everybody is a bother.

If you’re slow you’re slow but dont blame a 12 minute wait on the friggen fries that take 3 and 1/2 minutes to cook. Don’t lie to customers it makes it worse. I had 60 seconds from the time the customer paid to have them their food back when I worked at McDonalds. Only reason it took 12 minutes is cause y’all don’t care about inside customers at all anymore and everything McDonald’s is doing right now seems to be pushing customers to drive through and delivery. You still need to take care of in house customers too.
