Attempted to use our crispy chicken coupon for dinner tonight only to be told they were out of crispy chicken? Asked if we could sub the coupon. Of course this was a no. Could not have pickles because they were out of those too. Changed the order and asked for tartar sauce on sandwich. Upon getting the food there was little to no tartar sauce. Asked for more but that would be an extra .35 to do so. Seems strange to be a fast food restaurant without products?
This facility always has a very young staff working. Very inconsistent and not too aware of customer service. Hound people need jobs. But they also need training. Clear that personal interaction is only going to become worse. Sad.

I will preface that this location can actually cook their food decently compared to other locations I’ve visited. Also, MOST have of workers have been pretty friendly.

Now some of the issues I’ve been experiencing:
– They make pretty regular mistakes when it comes to concrete mixers (wrong ice cream and/or mixins).
– I’ve had up to 20 minute waits a few times. Which that part is somewhat understandable during rushes. The issue is they make your ice cream almost right away, and then it sits on the counter for 10-15 minutes.
– The lobby / register area is just poorly designed compared to most I’ve been to (not something they can really fix at this point though).

Food was slapped together with zero effort or concern for quality. The mushroom Swiss burger had a total of 2 measly slices of mushroom on it. You’d expect there to be mushroom in every bite. It is quite literally the only topping besides the cheese. Ridiculous.

I eat here almost everyday. The food is always good… unless they are busy then it could be better. The people are also always nice. But the building is alittle old. (They are building a new one)

Terrible drive through again for the 3rd time. Why we keep trying Im asking myself.
Cheese left off cheeseburgers and overall the food looks thrown together.
Called this time and the manager asked if I wanted her to do something.
Go to other Culvers. They care about the quality of food being put out. At the end she offered coupons and I accepted but the entire conversation was do you want, not just Im so sorry let me take care of that.

Two fish dinners were ordered. We didn’t get any coleslaw, butter or rolls. I did pay full price though! $33.00!!!!! It should be a complete meal. Never, and I mean never should any customer leave the restaurant before checking your bag. These employees are incompetent.

Most Culvers are good. This one is always excellent. Staff are great and the location is easy to get to any time

Went in to get a scoop of the flavor of the day which was caramel fudge cookie dough. All I got was vanilla custard with a few pieces of cookie dough. Very disappointed that they were too lazy to add all of the inclusions. Once my custard was scooped, it sat on the counter for a few minutes while I stood and stared at it. Ended up asking a worker to grab it for me because it was just sitting there melting. Will make sure I go to a different location next time.

I went to Culver’s in Sussex off of 164 today around 2:50 PM and ordered two single scoop vanilla ice creams. When I pulled in through the drive-through, the man who answered was being extremely rude to me because he couldn’t hear me and then eventually just stopped talking to me until another woman came on and re-took my order from the start. They were both extremely rude and when I pulled up to the window, I had free scoopies for my ice cream and the employee scuffed and said “why didn’t you say that at the window” with an attitude. Now I’m eating my very distasteful “custard” and there’s HARD CHUNKS of custard in it.

Went to culvers drive-thru in our jeep today. Asked if they are participating in the duck deal for jeep owners. Cashier said she would check and came back with they have them but the manager said they give them out randomly. Can’t believe you wouldn’t give one to a paying customer who specifically asked about it. PS – Fries were terrible today.
