Ordered a large fry and the medium fries. Got home and looked in the bag and the large fry isnt even filled all the way. Paid got a large and got a medium. Next time i will check before i drive off.

Ordered 4 Mcchicken with only cheese the guy put chicken plain on the screen, so I told him atleast 4 times I want cheese on the chickens. He kept putting plain on the screen, so when I got to the 1st window I told him & a lady i wanted only cheese on the chickens 3 more times & they assured me there would be cheese on them. Got to the 2nd window & no cheese. They wanted me to go back thru the drive thru (which was lined up out of the parking lot. So I went in & they charged me again for the same order because I didnt have the reciept because I gave it to the lady at window 2. So basically this location socks & the people who work there arent too bright

Purchased two fish filet sandwiches. Hot and fresh. I gave the food four stars instead of five because the presentation was not the best. The sandwiches were haphazardly thrown into the container which makes the sandwich sloppy.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve had enough of this location with all of their mistakes and short fills of drinks. I ordered online and when I got there to up my order they said that it wasn’t there. The confirmation/ pickup number was presented and they still claimed they didn’t have and my card was charged. I call and nobody could barely speak or understand me, they can hear me but not understand me, instead they hang up. I call back it’s same thing except they put someone else on the phone but that person asked questions and then hung up too. So overt this location.

I love McDonalds breakfast and I usually go through the drive through and the workers are so friendly.
This morning I went inside as the line for the Drive Thru was going into the street out of the parking lot. I went in and placed my order on the screen. As I was waiting to pay a man came in to order food that was homeless. The woman at the Counter kept telling him she could not open the restroom to him unless he ordered but he was trying to order food as it was. I appreciate they are trying to prevent people from loitering but the man never asked right out to use the restroom. That was her assumption. She would have let the man order and then dealt with the restroom issue later. Pure and simple. Also the screen ordering wasn’t providing ordering numbers so it was confusing trying to figure out which order was whose.
I gave my review 3 stats due to the confusion of the order numbers and the rudeness of the cashier.

I eat McDonalds almost everyday,last week I ordered a BigMac Meal right before closing time, I requested no pickles.
So after getting my meal and parking I started eating my meal in the parking lot,in my van, and found Pickles…. Well there goes my meal.
I called the manager here at this McDonald’s, I was told closing time, I was also told that I could come back at a later date to receive the correct order.
So its been aweek, I come into the McDonald’s,spoke with the assistant mngr & the general migration, after some talks I learned this.
1). Always get the employees name.
2). You are given 1 to 2 days for a refund.
3). Keep your Reciets for records.
I would like to Thank the GM at the Brooklyn Center McDonalds.

Eh, it’s McDonald’s. You’d be foolish to expect it to be a five-star dining experience. But you should at least hope the staff knows how to do their job. Came in the early morning after having worked an overnight shift. Only to be met with terrible food and even worse service. The staff member taking the orders was fine, and that’s not the issue. It’s the worker I’m at the window and the service I received.

The employee was on their phone and barely acknowledged my presence until I spoke up. After finally jostling them away from their phones, I was able to get my food. However, upon opening the bag, it looked like everything was just dumped in. The sandwiches were barely wrapped and fell apart when I tried to grab one out of the bag. Well, the entire order of fries was in the bag but not in the container. What fuel napkins I got were crumpled up into little balls. And no straw.

I knew I was gonna get great service visiting this place, but at least I expected my food to be made right, actually wrapped up. So it doesn’t look like a burger bomb exploded in my bag.

That’s not to go to this one, there’s other better and cheaper places nearby.

If you DoorDash, this place is not a place to go.There will be 3 people in line, and it will take 30 minutes.And then they will tell you that the order does not exist.And for some reason, it only happens at this location.You will lose money trying to DoorDash.For this location.
