The burger and fries were cold when I stopped here. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms. Whenever I come to the drive-through at this location, they have really fast service, which I love.

Went there today around 8pm and we were going to eat inside and sign said to use the drive thru. Their lights were on and said on google they are open till 12am. I waited there in line at drive thru and said hello a bunch of times. No one responded so I drove off… but saw a worker in there. If your closed please say it on google. I drove here for nothing with a bunch of hungry kids. Had to end up driving to Rogers location

On 3/9/25 we went to this McDonald’s, in Maple Grove to run in to use the woman’s bathroom. No, I didn’t eat anything or order, and yes I felt bad, but I really had to use the restroom. I eat a lot at McDonald’s in my neck of the woods, so I didn’t feel too bad. Super clean and smelled good. Lots of available parking and a spot right next to the door for accessible parking.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this location is being hit hard by local events. And for that i offer sympathies. My frustration is that I pull into a mcdonalds drive through at 8:30pm and wait 5 minutes in a line. As each car discovers for their own that its closed. If the location is closed the least that could be done is place signage, traffic cones. Anything to communicate that. When I have gone here in the past it has been good but they aren’t able to offer consistently right now and dont communicate that at all.

There is not a comfortable seat in the place. The furnishings came from my kids school lunchroom. The kiosks are crap. It took me 20 minutes to place the order for 2 breakfast meals. I timed it. No interaction with staff. They don’t acknowledge your there. I would have bought a couple more items but I wasn’t going back through the kiosk. I ate in the store.
The hash browns were hot and fresh. The rest of meals were luke warm and not fresh.

I will be hard pressed to eat inside McDonald’s in the future.

I stopped in for a quick dinner and was informed that their pop machine was broken and all they had were shakes. No problem, but why am I being up charged $2.30 for a shake I didn’t even want? The manager told me that if I didn’t like it, I could “go to a different McDonald’s.” Great idea, I think I will do that from now on!

This place needs training. They get my order wrong way too often. It’s a #4 by the way, nothing fancy, literally just a #4 from the menu with no alterations. The drive thru menu for one of the lanes is out and has been for a year? I would check in on this location. They are not doing what they should be and it impacts the reputation of McDonalds.

How come the owner responds with an alternate link to provide feedback? What a cop out. I already provided my feedback, your inaction speaks volumes.

When I pay for something I expect to receive it. $2 for an extra sausage patty on a muffin sandwich because I need to limit my carbs. When I order on the app I pay in advance and the order appears on a screen, they don’t even have to enter it. All they need tobdobis prepare the food as ordered, charged, and paid for. Finding out a sandwich isn’t what I ordered only when I reach my destination is irritating to say the least. I counted two sandwiches (one for each of us), two hashed browns (same), and two orange juices. Now I have to open the sandwiches while others are waiting behind me to make sure in my car you did your one job?
