More than once has this location messed up an order and will pretend to not understand when describing the issue. Intentionally dragging there feet so you give up as fighting over cheap fast food is not worth the hassle. Will never visit this McDonalds ever again.

My Son ordered food. He enjoyed it. And the manager and his employees were good to us. I just wanted a drink and had sweet ice tea. And an apple pie. I just wanted to have something after working hard at my job. The employee was very nice. Because the manager thought they were out of sweet tea. And gave us a refill. We went there. Because when your budget income is low. It helps alot. Until you know you get your next paycheck. Its fast food. But it’s better than nothing.

Edit: I reached out to customer service, I heard back, but I never received my fries or even a refund, and I was actually getting really frustrated. But then I got home from work and realized I got a handwritten card from Ashley S. from customer service giving me one free large meal on them. Thank you Ashley S. and providing great customer service.
I never usually have problems with this location, I’ll typically stop after work if I get off early. I decided to stop tonight since I got off early, everything was fine until I got home. I checked and my fries weren’t there. I got everything but my fries. I hadn’t eaten in over 12 hours so I was was pretty hungry. I’m really disappointed because now I can’t do anything about it since the store is closed.

Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The food is always cold, I don’t even understand how. Worst of all, the manager refuses to give pup cups. I asked to talk to the manager today, the restaurant was not busy at all, I was the only car in the drive-through. My dog is barking in the back cause he’s so excited to get his pup cup, the manager says they can’t accommodate. He refused to put whipped cream in a cup for my dog. Wen asked why, he had no explanation other than he will not be doing it. Rudest and worst experience I’ve had ever. I will drive the extra five minutes to go to Chick-fil-A, where they treat me and my dog much better.

Take a standard McDonald’s, but add a very clean appearance. Parking is far better than the Eden Prairie location a few miles east of here. Has large parking spots for truckers, too. You know the McDonald’s menu, and this is no different. Staff was friendly and my order was complete promptly

I purchased this pie at 8:47 and realized when I got home they expired at 6:52 pm 2 hours past when I purchased them. I called to tell them to pull their pies because they are expired. I was told to come back up they would make new pies. No thank you seeing it is the second time this has happened.

One of the worst service experience ever. Refused to give us a cup of water at drive through and demanded that we go to the back of the line. Continued to be rude to us and when we said this service shouldn’t be acceptable, he flat out ignored us. Take your business across the street, plenty of other food establishments.

Went there this morning and truthfully the service there is usually pretty trash so I try to order online. I was asking a question about the app to someone who I’m sure it was a manager (white lady ) She was very rude very nasty just moved out here, not too long ago, and I like the convenience of having more places to eat than where I was before. Sad to say I won’t be back to this location. I always seem to get the worst people there

Terrible experience, the man that was taking orders in the drive through completely got my order wrong. Wasn’t no where close then when I went to confront him he completely brushed me off and take me some random lady’s order. I went to the 2nd window and complained where I again got brushed off.
