The Lobster ravioli had burned dark oily sauce and in the past was rather different and more carefully prepared. The shell of the ravioli was chewy and almost sour. Don’t know what happened today but all parts of this dish were not appetizing. Kind of shocked. Like it was cooked with burned steak grease. The vodka sauce on penne was much better and thankfully a welcomed diversion from the lobster mess.

Outstanding food and service. Beyond great tasting food and super generous proportions. Atmosphere was great! Our server “Jessa” was on top her game A+ rating for services and conversations for desert as well as ordering appetizers! Loved the clam pasta great calzones and super tasty calamari and if you love tiramisu they have the best Tiramisu I’ve had across the country!! Tonight we ordered and they got the order wrong. When I called They said they would bring us out the correct new order right away. After waiting for 45 minutes. I still haven’t received the order period the original order was delivered to us, but the pizza was sliding all over and the cheese and everything made it inedible. My family and I had an okay dinner tonight at your West Deptford location. We were there from 8:30 to 9:30, and between that time and us and one other table, the food was good as always, but the service was nonexistent, and this is not the first time. We were waited on by Kelsey tonight, and we felt completely ignored. I had to go around the corner into the little nook by the service station and ask for silverware and ketchup, and she walked past us many times, looked, and kept walking to the one other table there. When we finally caught her attention, we managed to get refills and boxes, but we just felt completely ignored. She checked on us once and the other table four or five times. It stinks because we love this place, but the service always feels nonexistent. We came last year for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and even once near Christmas time, but every time we always felt the servers were ignoring us. Valentine’s Day last year was the worst, as the dark-haired waitress insisted we take pictures and talk with family, and every time we came, the waitresses were either talking to each other or on their phones. I always come back, hoping things will be different, but they aren’t. I guess the joke is on me because we come back for the food, good prices, and ambience at this location. It’s generally a nice place to eat, but the service is generally lacking.

Visiting from the Deep South I heard that the best Philly steak sandwiches are here but I was not impressed with the one I received from Cicontes it was bland No kinda of seasoning was on there. The bread was hard. I also had the margherita pizza this too was mediocre. If you like bland food this is your place . Let’s say that I’m definitely disappointed and will not be back
