Very disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service. I placed an order in the drive-thru with a very hungry and tired child. As I began to reach for my wallet, I realized I misplaced it in my jacket at home. I explained the situation to the cashier (I believe her name was Xiong) and she completely dismissed me. I asked if she could inform the manager if they could possibly process the order and I could come back but he took a look at me and simply said no. I think his name was Javier.

I very respectfully went home, grabbed my wallet, and asked if I could discuss the situation more in depth with the cashier and asked for her name. She blew me off and wouldn’t give me her name. Not only that but that didn’t hold my order in the system as they expressed. Her reasoning was, “we have people all the time who lie and never come back”. When I picked up my food, the manager and another worker ignored me until I had to knock on the window.

Never had an experience like this in Woodbury before. This place is a you know what show.

I’ve never written a genuine review but my experience was genuinely so frustrating I feel like have to, if I could leave less than a star I would our order was messed up multiple times which we’ve come to expect being a bigger family however only being 6 of us we didn’t expect to be missing multiple meals, sauces and even a drink usually when we’re missing items we go back to the counter and simply ask for our missing things the first time we were missing a plain McChicken a 6 dollar meal all of our drinks and sauces and some chicken strips we waited for about 15 minutes before we even got the chance to speak to anyone and once we almost got all of our drinks minus one small coke the guy at the counter looked me in my eyes and lied saying we had our 4 small and 2 medium cokes as I’m looking at the 3 smalls and 2 mediums I could literally see our missing pop behind him and he told us it wasn’t ours after the drink problem we got a bag we thought contained the rest of our missing food so we went back to our table only to find out the McChicken wasn’t plain which isn’t a big deal but I specifically said for it to be plain they gave us nuggets instead of strips and no sauce we ate some of our food my burger was overcooked my little brother took it up on himself to go get sauce and he asked for my strips after another 10 minutes he gets a bag brings it back and they finally gave us my strips and gave us the wrong sauces again the employee that gave us our food was rude and just from overhearing other people they also got their orders messed up. Save yourself the annoyance and find a new place to get food, if you can come here without getting your order messed up I applaud you.

Food quality is pretty solid compared to most McDonalds locations. Time wise its ridiculous. There is no reason I should be ordering ahead on the app, and it takes 10+ minutes for a single sausage egg mcmuffin. Way too prioritized on drive through and ignores the lobby 2/3rds of the time. Its unacceptable.

I’m beyond frustrated right now!
I come to this location frequently because I have a 9 year old son and it’s less than a mile from our home. Every time we go the service is terrible and slow but we continue to go because it’s so close. Tonight I finally used the mobile app hoping this would make the service a bit better. I had high hopes and then again, Terrible service. I even explained my concern to the gentleman at the window but he could care less about trying to resolve my concern. I’m done going to this location! I will drive further even if the service is just a little better.

I went to this McDonald’s with my kids after placing a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. We decided to go inside instead, and that’s where things went downhill.

I stood for about 10 minutes while employees walked by without acknowledging me. When someone finally came up, their first words were, “Do you need something?” — not exactly a welcoming way to greet a customer.

I explained that I had a mobile order and wanted to pick it up inside. Instead of helping, the employee told me I’d need to “change it on the app.” I handed him my phone to show him the order, and after sighing and walking away to the back, he eventually returned with the food.

Later, someone in our group ordered a Diet Coke through the app. An employee shouted, “Did someone order a Diet Coke?” and then handed them an empty cup, saying, “I’m gonna let you fill that up.”

I understand being busy, but courtesy and professionalism are basic expectations. Just the night before, I went to a Chick-fil-A that was even busier, and their staff was polite, efficient, and welcoming. This McDonald’s was the opposite experience.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Serving customers shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience to the staff it’s the job.

How do you mess up a McDonald’s order? It’s not a very big menu. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and one hash brown. One sandwich was missing egg and the next sandwich was missing sausage. I thought Woodbury was supposed to be better than this. They have everything that you could possibly want in a 5 mile radius but everywhere you go. The service sucks. Thanks for making my mom cry!

We come here for drive thru breakfast on occasion. Food is pretty consistent (hey it’s McDonalds) so you always know what to expect. Nutrition info is available, which is nice if you care about that sort of thing. Staff has always been pleasant and professional.

Awful. Took LITERALLY 30 minutes to correctly fulfill my mobile order and not one person out of the four I dealt with was apologetic. This literally has made me want to join ICE. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

First time visit with my kid after a doctor appointment. Food and service was decent but the atmosphere left something to be wanted. It’s sad that a multi-billion dollar corporation doesn’t have better maintenance standards. The benches and seating in multiple places inside were literally disintegrating.

This McDonald’s sucks. Ordered 2 steak egg and cheese bagels with extra sauce for 6.39 each. Get home and it’s sausage. Called there and they hung up on me and now they won’t answer.
