I went through the drive through today. I got a Diet Coke with my order. The lid was halfway in and when I grabbed it, it spilled all over my car. I asked the girl for a stack of napkins and she gave me 4. I showed the girl that she gave me a broken lid and it wouldn’t go on the cup. She gave me a replacement drink and I asked her to take the spilled one as it was already all over my car. She said “we’re not allowed to do that” and I said “you’re the one that gave me a broken lid” and she just said “sorry” I let her know that I was leaving the broken cup in their drive through. When I went to pull out, I had to back my car up 3 times in order to get out, the car that they pulled ahead of me didn’t move forward enough. Overall it was a terrible experience and not the first one I’ve had at this location. I will be going to the Sherman location from now on.

This Place is the Worst manage rude unhelpful, won’t give you your correct portion of food (half a order of fires when you paid for a full order. Don’t waste your time! ist to many other restaurants that will welcome your business, that will treat you fairly and make feel appreciated!!!

It wasn’t very busy but the service was painfully slow. At the selfserv kiosk there were not able tents. All the tables were dirty. And this McDonald’s didn’t have the selfserv soda fountain. I wouldn’t go to this McDonald’s again.

To start I was at McDonalds for half an hour, 20 minutes waiting to order and another 10 minutes waiting for my food to come. The person at the counter would take one person’s order then walk away for five minutes before coming back for the next person. Then after the long wait, the food was cold and sloppy. It looked like they made it when we got there and waited to give it to us until the end. The employee’s were complaining loudly and even yelled at a customer in the drive thru. Ridiculous would be an understatement for how their service was.
