Everything I order anything at this location I have to fight to get what I ordered. Example just ordered the oatmeal with fruit I added an extra apple because it tastes better. I asked if the apples were in my bag because they always forget the fruit. He said they don’t do apples for the oatmeal anymore. But its oatmeal with fruit and I paid for extra fruit. He was going to just give me the plain oatmeal finally gave me one apple pack then I looked in the bag no cranberry or raisins. This may sound petty but when you order oatmeal with fruit and pay over $3.00 you want the fruit. Sad to say thus happens almost ever time I go to this location. I get it its fast food and no one wants to work in fast food. But no one is forcing you to be there. You took the job, you cash your checks, so do your job. It’s a novel concept I know! Just bad service all around..

I ordered a simple coffee, which should be the easiest thing to get right, and somehow it was still a letdown. The coffee was weak, lukewarm, and tasted low quality, like it had been sitting around far too long. It’s hard to justify paying these prices for something that barely qualifies as coffee.
What really makes this frustrating is that McDonald’s has raised their prices *again*, yet the quality keeps getting worse. At this point, it feels like they’re serving overpriced fake food and drinks and hoping customers won’t notice. You’re paying more, but getting less effort and worse results every time.
The service didn’t help either. The employee acted like being at work was a personal inconvenience and that serving me was somehow doing me a favor. No friendliness, no basic courtesy—just an attitude that made it clear they didn’t want to be there.
For a place that’s supposed to be quick, cheap, and reliable, this was a complete failure. Overpriced, low-quality “food,” bad coffee, and miserable service make this an easy place to skip. I won’t be coming back.

Pretty bad I had to fight to get what I wanted. I wanted to get a burger with out a bun because I am gluten free and she wouldn’t listen and was getting mad at me and kept asking are you sure? Then after all of that she wrote special request on the receipt and she still put the bun on the burger. Come on McDonalds work on your service.

The worst McDonald’s in Eagan and possibly the worst McDonald’s in the state of Minnesota. I ordered a simple Oreo McFlurry at 9:10 PM. When I got to my house four minutes away, I opened my McFlurry and all they had in. It was ice cream and the Oreos crushed on top it was not even mixed up. I also had to ask for napkins. The guy through the drive-through was friendly. As of today, I will no longer give my service to this McDonald’s. I will drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to another one or Culver’s because they have better service.

Overall my experience was good and the food was tasty. I just suggested to one of the supervisors that the girl on the drive-thru speaker needed to be friendlier and have a more upbeat voice. Not only was she hard to understand because she mumbled but, she sounded like she really didn’t want to be there. Quite frankly, I was wondering if she still had a pulse! I think a little coaching was in order.

We dined in with our toddler, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Our table was dirty when we arrived, so we ended up wiping it down ourselves. In the restroom, one of the two stalls was out of toilet paper.
Our food was mixed—the fries were fresh, but the crispy chicken was soggy. Our son’s kids’ meal was also missing the milk. I know toy exchanges are up to staff discretion, but it was surprising that they couldn’t swap it since he already had the same one at home.
Overall, this visit fell short of expectations, and I would not recommend this location.

Employees are awful, will actively avoid you if you have any question about your order (which they mess up often), and treat you extremely rudely. Will be making an effort to avoid this place now and drive a bit further for a more better service. Yes, they are that bad. Also not clean and most tables are covered in food.

No greetings, “Welcome to McDonald’s”, etc. At the cashier window, just how much it was and no thank you, etc. At the pickup window, just handed food over then closed the window without saying a word. Is it just about ordering, here is you food and move on? Fries were old and cold. It was not busy. No one behind me in line.

Not one person on that store knows what they are doing. They get my order wrong consistently. Corporate is not much better. They just give you the runaround. They have taken money and points from me and claimed they have no way of returning either.

Had lunch here today. Food was as expected & tasted good. There were mistakes with our order but after I went up to the counter they corrected it & gave me something free too. I understood they were busy so I was nice when I approached the counter & so were they. Always remember to be nice you never know what someone is going through!
