I’ve been a customer in the area for greater than 5 years. The customer service at this location is consistently very poor. The food, more often than not, is cold by the time it gets to you. I enjoy McDonald’s French fries as much as the next, but this is quite a disappointment getting consistent cold fries and among other items. Additionally, there is one particular drive thru employee (usually works late evenings) who yells at you through the drive thru telecom, does not respond to you regarding questions about the menu, and simply puts in an incorrect order and tells you to pull around (and to the wrong window as instructed on multiple occasions and then belittles you for it?). I have on number of ocassions politely declined to continue the order process and leave. I have nothing against McDonald’s but this type of customer service is awful – I don’t need to eat at McDonald’s, I choose to eat there. As this has continued as a theme at this location, I’ve elected to pursue other fast food options in the area and highly recommend that others seek another location if looking to order from McDonald’s unless management aptly addresses the recurrent issues. It really is an easy problem to address with proper management coaching and routine performance assessment. I wish McDonald’s all the best but these series of experiences from this location alone have my sails drifting elsewhere when electing to a fast meal. Best of luck.

Update 9/13/25 Stopped for breakfast and the lady is screaming almost att he top of her lungs peoples order number! Unreal and there is several seniors being totally ignored at the register. Sickening
Fries are raw every time only way to eat them is to put them in air fryer to complete cooking.
Employees are usually friendly. My main complaint is rarely is my order right something is always left out of bag and you have to go back and tell them. Fries are usually cold and half empty.

Me and my family were a part of a funeral and my family and me were closing the funeral and were hungry, we decided to drive down to the McDonald’s since it was 3 minutes away from the funeral home. We got there at 8:50 and ordered our food and we were the 5th in line, but we had to wait for a full 40 minutes to just be able to pay and get our food. Not only that but we were also able to hear screaming coming inside of the McDonald’s. When we finally get our food we head to our resting area and start eating, we got three medium fries, three Mc Chickens, a Quarter pounder and a double Big Mac. The Quarter pounder had barely any veggies or toppings in it and all three fries were extremely soggy and were cold, not only that but one of the fries didn’t have any salt in them and had a weird after taste we had also gotten two drinks(Coke,Sprite) and both had barely any ice in them,(we didn’t order less ice), we had also asked for a receipt but didn’t give us it.

None of the works said hello or anything back to me which was odd and rude. The fries I don’t think had any salt on them, both of the McChickens I ordered with no mayo came with mayo, and I didn’t get any of my sauces. Nothing was right accept my coke.

We waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru line at 9pm last evening. Had only one drive-thru window open. Waited about 5 minutes before an employee finally took our order. We live less than 5 minutes from this location. When we got home and opened the bags the food was cold; the hamburger bun was hard and stale. Same for the French Fries. Obviously, the food had been sitting for hours and was not freshly prepared. I called back to ask for a manager- no one answered the phone. The prices at this location keep climbing. $3.99 for a small fry that are either undercooked or overcooked.

Update 8/24/25: Employees out front huffing on nasty cancer sticks and crushing them out on the sidewalk is not exactly appetizing.
When you walk in there’s a huge mural that says ” CRISPY FRIES! “, they’re not. They’re cold too. The burger was room temperature at best. Burger was supposed to have minced onions. It didn’t. Chicken nuggies were lifeless. The ice and sweet and sour sauce were good though.
