⭐ This one star is for the service I received today. I ordered food and two hot drinks through the app. When I went to pick up my order, only the food was ready — the drinks were missing. I asked the staff about my drinks, and they just asked what my order was but didn’t bother to remake them. Even after I said I was in a hurry, no one took any action. They kept making cold drinks for walk-in customers instead.
I ended up leaving with only my food, feeling really upset. It’s frustrating because I shouldn’t have to deal with someone else’s mistake and risk being late for school or getting stuck in traffic because of it. If I can’t receive my full order on time, it defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead through the app. It wasted my money, wasted my time, and honestly, it makes me not want to come back again.

This place is organized but when a customer wave comes in it can be frustrating . Keep in mind this is a busy intersection and getting in and out of this location is easy. I came here in the midst of a customer wave and the manager was courteous but kept the line directed and moving at the same time. For a quick in and out for coffee or a short respite with coffee and bagel , this is a good place to try.

In the last 3yrs this location has changed for the worst. Ordered a caramel swirl cappuccino. That was prepared 2x bc the employee did not know how to make it. Along with that a simple ice coffee with 4 pumps of butter pecan 3 creams. That taste like black ice coffee. The ladies behind the counter are loud and talk a lot. I’ll be taking my business on South main st.

So not much to complain or praise about. What i do notice is alot of inconsistency in their food items. I get a bacon and egg alot and they have a couple types of bacon and never is it the same on the sandwich. And yes one is way better than the other but I’m not one to fuss in line so maybe it’s me and I should speek up

Where is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever went to we’re moving so we have a whole bunch of people trying to move with us so we bought one of those big family boxes for coffee the coffee is like water I will never come to this place ever again and I tried to call and talk to the manager but when you call the number it’s a voicemail that’s not been set up that is very unprofessional so if you really want to have a decent Dunkin’ Donuts go right down the street to where it’s shell inside is Dunkin’ donuts and you’ll get better coffee

I ordered mobile coffee and egg cheese wraps, when I got there they gave the wrong size coffee and told me they do not have egg cheese wraps.They offered me croissant with egg and cheese which I did not want it.So I got refund for the cheese egg wraps and was very upset.
