Went here on March 5, 2024(Tues morning) @ 8:40am.
Went inside to order. Inside was very clean. I ended up ordering off the kiosk using an app because I had a coupon.
Staff was very friendly and kind and professional. As a stated earlier, the inside was very clean. It was very busy at the drive-through window.
I expected because on the way to work.
It took awhile to order at the kiosk and figure that whole thing out. They didn’t really have the time for me to order at the counter and if u use the app/kiosk u get a better deal.
Didn’t have any problems ordering. I know some people after me had some trouble and didn’t ask for help.
Over-all, this fast food place is suffering from lack of employees like many fast food places or just restaurants in general. For me however they were fast and efficient when
I placed my order.
Over all positive experience.
Located right off hwy 21 in Wautoma WI. Can’t miss it it on the order. Easy access to the parking and drive thru.
Also has a play ground for the kids inside.
Plenty of parking.
They even had parking up ft of the doors if u order off the app, and wanted to go inside and grab your order.

As I was giving my order I noticed an employee on her phone and had mentioned to the other person I was with that “isn’t it against McDonald’s policy as an employee to be on your phone”. As I get done the cashier lady said “oh she just had a baby” I’m pretty sure that’s not and emergency as you are supposed to be doing your job and emergency calls are to be reserved through the store phone. Just a little inside of your 1 star employees.

Parents with small children beware!
My family and I were excited to enjoy and visit this McDonald’s for the first time and experience the play place. Immediately upon entering the play area, it was freezing! Like 45°-50° max. Literally the other children were shivering and the other parents were wearing their coats with hands in pockets to stay warm. Within several minutes a young boy (7-10 yrs) sitting at the tables in the play place began talking in very loud profanity (F bombs, etc.). After a minute or so he left the play area. The other parents and I looked at each other not sure where their guardian was. Another parent went to the counter to inquire about the boy and a woman in a black manager shirt, very rudely stated the child was her son before aggressively walking past the parent to pick up her son’s belongings scattered on the floor throughout the restaurant. The bathrooms were also disgusting (not even any soap in the women’s bathrooms).
I fully understand how hard it can be to obtain childcare and to provide for your family but to allow your child to behave so inappropriatly in front of children under 5 is unacceptable.
Disgusting facility and not child appropriate.

Not good. Not very clean. Got a McChicken and there was a bone found in sandwich. Was given a free sandwich coupon and dessert for their store only that expires at the end of the month. I would not eat here again if someone paid me. Reaching out to corporate to let them know.

Getting more expensive every time I stop in! Wrong orders! Cold Fries! and Iced Coffee has majorly reduced in size but same price! Their competitor down the street has been getting way more of my business lately! Edit. I just went thru the drive thru to pick up my online order thru the app. I went to the left side drive thru had to wait 10 minutes, was addressed only once just to be told to wait, while the right side drive thru was continually being helped. The person behind me backed out and just left! I would have done the same but had already pd for my order. After the last person on the right drive thru was helped i finally get remembered, i did voice my concerns which were completely ignored and just told to drive ahead!!! I barely stop here as it is because of the poor service, i should have just gone to kwik trip…bad decision on my part this morning.

Typically I don’t like to go to this McDonald’s frequently as there is always an issue when I go there. Today for example, in the drive-thru line I wasn’t ready to order so I had to wait which wasn’t a problem. Then I sat there for several minutes saying hello before. Finally the person on the radio answered and took my order. Then to top it all off. Once I got home I realized that I was given the wrong sandwich and it was wrung up wrong. On the receipt. I asked for a number 10 and a number two. I got two number tens. Staff is generally not friendly nor do they greet you. Nor do they acknowledge you even when you say. Now I have a breakfast meal that I won’t even eat. I cannot stand how rude the staff is at this place.

Waited in drive through for over 15 minutes to finally get a person on the speaker for them to ask what I want to then tell me hang on and took the other speakers order who pulled in after me. They pulled forwards and I still sat with no answer for another 10 for them to come on the speaker as I pulled away

the door was locked, so we ordered drive thru. only to find out that it’s open, they just lock the door by the parking lot ♀️ so we parked and came in to eat and my little one had fun playing in thr playplace! there was only one other customer in the dining area. we were the only two in the playplace.
the food was good, made exactly how i had ordered and the fries were hot, but not too hot!!
we would stop by again if we were in the area!

This place sucks!! I came here after a Varsity football game and I tried ordering at the kiosk and the machine does not have a receipt paper. So we try to order at the front desk and nobody is there. Everyone in the back is not wearing gloves and I recommend that this place sucks.
