March 1. I usually go to subway but decided to try Jimmy. The guys were very helpful and fun.
They seemed they were enjoying their job. One came out from behind the counter to help me decide looking at the overhead menu. I have Never been here before.

Yesterday 6/18/25 my daughter and I went there around 12:55 to 1 pm for lunch we had just left the urgent care next door we walked in there was a y toward the back talking to someone (not sure if he was worker or not) there was a lady at the register then a guy and lady making sandwiches. We want greeted when we walked in, we ordered our food the lady softly told my amount I asked what is the total she sounded upset because I asked. The guy was all around rude just the way he looked at us and spoke to us. The other lady stuck our sandwiches on the counter and said nothing not a thank you, have a good day NOTHING to us. I will never return there again!

First time for JJ service was very good friendly but I paid $24.05 for small coke an two 8inch sandwiches thrown both out the back door they were a mess of I can’t say it just my opinion but for the way to expensive cost I never thrown out subway an it is $10 dollars cheaper an taste good I couldn’t eat what JJ gave me taste was bad Sicilian pizza & club tuna wish them the best but not for me sorry

Food is fine, it’s Jimmy John’s. It’s dishonest to say that the regular sandwiches can’t be toasted because they “don’t have enough meat and will burn.” Seems messed up to only let people toast the expensive sandwiches

I cater several lunches a week. Fazolis did not make my catering order. I found this information out 15 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered. I called Jimmy John’s and they made me 15 sandwiches, cookies, and chips in 25 minutes to cater to my lunch. 5/5 stars! Thank you for being so flexible!

Why did you say it was all there when it was missing part of our order? That’s just so rude. This happened too many times that we rarely go back because they just don’t care to ensure the order is right. So much so, we make a point to ask. Still missing after asking?
