I order a bacon egg and cheese griddle and the give me a sausage one and on top of that when we got a small orange juice ask for a medium and on top of that when we were getting our change back we told them to just keep it and give it to the ronald mcdonald house but the worker snap at us saying she cant take the change. How that make sence when they have a little red thing to drop coins or whatever but she complain to us they cant take it. Overall experience here at this McDonald’s sucks. Do better learn to take care of your customers and do it right so we dont have to put review up 😀

I’ve only gone through here a couple times and Ruth has helped me every time in the cashier window. She’s got an awesome attitude every time I see her!! This world needs more Ruth’s!

Between my son and I we go to this location atleast once a month. I would say 7 out of 10 times the fries are either cold, undercooked, half full, etc. Usually the sandwiches are warm and tasty. More often than not it is a longer wait (atleast 7 or more minutes) Some of the workers are pleasant and others not.

My brother drove his m5 and ran behind the counter so he van take my order, until a npc came, so he had to take the npc order first, then I took my order. I can’t tell you if the food was good or not, but my character said “mmm chezburger” so I’ll guess it’s good. 5 star no drama

I want to point out something at this location that really needs to be corrected. All of the drink lids are being stored with the inside of the lid facing up. That inside surface is the part that goes directly over the drink, and if anything lands in there, it ends up in the soda when the lid gets snapped on.
With the inside of the lid facing up, dust, droplets, crumbs, and anything in the air can settle inside. Customers also end up touching multiple lids while trying to grab one, which only adds to the contamination. It’s a simple food-safety issue that should be obvious, but it’s being overlooked.
The inside of the lid should always be stored face down so nothing can fall into it. This is basic restaurant hygiene, and it’s surprising to see a place as big as McDonald’s ignoring something this simple.
I’m leaving this comment because I’d like to see the store use a little more common sense and keep things clean for the people drinking out of those cups.
Also I don’t understand why it takes 15 minutes to get an order at this location or any location, it’s taking as long to get a meal here as it does at a sit-down restaurant. Maybe it is my fault for associating McDonald’s with a fast food restaurant and maybe I should just associate it with a food restaurant. I think sadly this is an issue with people being less intelligent than they used to be. I have been visiting McDonald’s for the past 40 plus years and I can say that it has never been this big of a problem until generation z got into the workforce.
I think a lot of us welcome the day when they replaced the generation z workers with robots.

I come here quite often and always ask for my fries cook to order and normally they come perfect, hot, and crispy. Today upon being handed them in the drive through I reached in the bag to feel a moderately warm, flimsy/soggy, 3/4 full fry. I said I had asked for the fries cook to order at which she bluntly replied “they just came up” I told her they definitely did not at which she just more insistently replied again. “They just came up”. At that point I realized this was a waste of my time, wished her a good day, and drove off with my sad fries. -Sincerely, someone who can tell the difference between a fresh hot crispy and moderately warm flimsy fry.

Multiple events occured leading to this review. First off, I was not spoken a word to while receiving my food or my receipt. The woman handing me my receipt didn’t say a word and just held it out the window, which is awful customer service. And secondly, either the girl with red hair handing me my food was mute, or a sociopath. She stared at me without saying a single word and handed me my food. And on TOP of all this, they gave me ZERO napkins. Absolutely abhorrent job by the staff.

Ordered a couple fish sandwiches with extra pickles and lettuce on both. They got that right, but my complaint is slice of cheese, NOT! Honestly if it gets any smaller, you’ll never find it. Not even a third of an average slice of cheese. Very disappointed. It used to be at least half a slice, now it’s less than a third. You should not advertise cheese on your sandwiches if you aren’t going to put any on it.

HORRIBLE service through the drive thru. Waited 15+ minutes to be told “we’re busy”. And when I asked to speak to the manager I got the response of “well she’s busy to.” Fries were soggy as heck. Drive to another location in town for it to be worth your while.
